The reviews calling out the manager Jose are accurate, he really does suck sometimes. I placed a to go order a while back and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. He said I must've placed it at the other location in Pasadena but I literally have this location's number saved in my phone and place to go orders all the time and I KNOW it was him that took my order. He denied it even after I showed I called the right location. Didn't even try to make it right.Pat, on the other hand, is so great! I love when he's there because his customer service is always awesome. Pizza is always coming out fresh no matter what time or day of the week you're there. I do wish the location was a little bigger because sometimes it's packed with no place to seat my family of 5 but other than that this is my favorite Cicis! Been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

We had a last minute birthday here and the manager was very accommodating and understanding. The staff was super attentive and efficient. Everything couldn’t have gone better for a last minute family gathering. 10/10 recommend.Kid-friendliness: Loads of well kept games for the kids. The area felt safe and was very clean. Perfect for a little family birthday.

Wooooaaah, place looks amazing and it ain't like super tiny. So that's very good. Food is lookin hella fresh and cooked well, and staff looks like they don't hate their job. So that's a very good sign that this place is well oiled and taken care of. No icee machine like at home but this is better than the one in humble near the deerbrook mall, place looks like it wants someone to break in and rob them of everything so they don't have to come to work.
