Try giving you a hotdog all broken can’t even pick it up. Then they have an attitude when you ask for your money back. Will never go there again. Food cold her excuse was they were out of the long hot dogs how about informing the customer before you just put what you want . Nasty attitude. Didn’t wanna give back my money I got it back had to confront them.

Amazing, extremely clean, the service is always great. Very courteous. We got the $7 meal deal ( I know it used to be $5, inflation) it hit the spot. Burger was delicious and the sundae at the end was just the right amount. Keep up the amazing work. ?
This is by far the best DQ that I’ve ever been to. It is always clean, the food is good but the best thing is the service. The staff is nice and you can tell that management takes the time to train them. There is one person that is always there and I assume she is the manager or owner. She is always smiling and seemed to genuinely enjoy what she does. She is there at all times and she is always super friendly. I highly recommend!
Always mess up my order and the fact that I saw a dog in the kitchen today is beyond unacceptable I will no longer be eating there again

This is the best Dairy Queen in the Houston area. The customer service is impeccable and they have items other Dairy Queen’s don’t carry. I drove from Pearland to get the TikTok famous cupcake cups and again today to get an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. I called around to several Dairy Queen’s looking for the old school ice cream cake with chocolate and vanilla and this is the only place still making it. They sell other types too though. The staff are great! 10/10! Highly recommend!

There's absolutely Nothing wrong with this Diary Queen, It has the Best Customer service, friendly staff the food is always fresh and Hot and I have never been to a cleaner fast food place inside and out.. The Restrooms are always so clean and fully stocked with soap, toilet paper and paper towels.. I wish I could give it more Star's.. Thank you and Congrats to the person running this business, You are truly appreciated..
