Just waited 10 mins in the drive-thru for a small blizzard. They couldnāt ask the car that ordered food and they would bring it out. Meanwhile I received my blizzard in a bag, with a lid, without the courtesy of a blizzard turn over and when I got to the middle it was already melted from sitting for 10 mins.

The guy at the window was super rude. Me and my friend got 2 ice cream cones and he got mad that we used Apple Pay to pay for it because it was $2. This man was getting aggressive and saying āyou seriously donāt have $2ā and started shaking his head and rolling his eyes at us. Lucky I didnāt throw the ice cream at him.

Places deserve 0 stars went to buy a Sunday for me and get the kiddos their free cones well they tell me there no more cones but I'm seeing them give others cones and then hear them talking bout how they just going to shut the door so no one comes because tired really suck they gave the ppl who just entered cones but told me and a few other no more ya IL just not return this place is alway empty any way and one time I give them a try they bs

There 2 girls working here today, a customer spilled his drink and they were above and beyond to accommodate him, asking if he needed another cup, and told him many times itās ok theyāll clean it up, less then 5 minutes they cleaned it. These 2 need to be recognized for there hard work!

Mrs Starr and the owner Mr Ahmed they are great people they have great customer service and the food is great and hot I recommend them to everybody in Pasadena
When I got to the window They were messing with a cup for about 10 minutes then continued to give me the cup and it bursted even after it bursting all over me and the inside and outside of my car being soaked she continued to close the window then I stayed and asked for napkins to clean up in this cold weather and she gave me 4. Iāll never eat here again. The food was also soggy instead of crispi and the fries were undercooked as well.
