Came to this location at 9:00 PM hoping to enjoy my food fresh in the lobby. Hours on the door say 10:30 PM but the door was locked. When I questioned the staff member he said that they lock the doors at 8:30 so they can clean the lobby if this is the case then why not update the hours on the door. Maybe train the drive thru personnel some drive thru etiquette and how to be patient because he kept rushing me. I just drove off totally not worth it I’ll spend my money else where. Reporting to the BBB. ☺️

The manager of tonight‘s shift has an attitude problem. I ordered a number four. They got my order wrong so I turned around and came back was not upset about. It just told them that it was made wrong and could they please fix it he swore up and down That he asked me if I wanted mayonnaise and I know he did not ask me that because if he did, I would have said no because I am allergic to mayonnaise. It was such an inconvenience for him to remake my burger.

I want to share something unpleasant with you. I ordered a hamburger with bacon and a hair came out. This happened August 6, 2024 at 7:01 pm. I took my food and a lady who works here put her hand in it and removed the hair. She told me, "I don't see a hair." I said, I spoke to your manager and they know what else he did where he removed the hair, he tore off a piece of bacon, I mean, he put his hands in the food, I mean, that's not right, how are you going to touch the food like that, it's unhygienic, the manager was nice, he came back to me. place my order thank you .

Dairy Queen hours on Saturday closes at 11pm.... We got there around 10:40-45pm and it was already shut down, so we knocked on the door to see why it was closed so early and we we're given the cold shoulder and a wave like we're closed and no explanation or response to the reason why they was closed so early before 11pm. Lack of professionalism at night and I come here all the time a loyal customer. I'm very disappointed in the way we we're treated, I will go higher up to corporate if not handled the right way and get a response or consolidation for my time and money wasted. Terrible service. When I came in about an issue with my order the male owner began to yell at me basically telling me that he will not remake the order even though it was not what I asked for. After that I said it’s fine I would just like a refund and to not be yelled at. He refused to refund my order despite it being untouched and continued with his outrageous behavior so I left. I will definitely never go here again.
