Used the drive thru, which is not my favorite! After payment I was ask to pull up & out of the way of the car behind me! Should have stayed put! Then I thought they'd (teenagers) would do something to my food! Rude at the speaker, rude at window! Ordered double meat cheeseburger, no cheese! My steak sandwich was sloppily put together & wrapped in paper! I undid the paper & the sandwich fell apart! Only thing good were the tater tots! I won't be back! Spencer location next to fire station! Received a reply from DQ "owner", using my 1st & last name! No apology, no reaction to my displeasure! Thought it was a standard form letter with my name inserted into a blank space! A response from A.I.? I think so! Owner wants me to visit again! Not gonna happen! I'm new to the area & have gotten food from her about 5 times, 1st time reviewing & 1st time using the drive thru! These kids don't know what organization & efficiently are! Supervision is lacking & it shows in the end result! No sir, I will not be back to this location! The one on Richey looks inviting! Next time I wa t DQ, I'll venture to this other location! Lunch time has a crown of cars in the lot! Might be worth my time! Surely it can't be any worse! Adios, Spencer DQ!

I do like it here. I hate the wait. I enjoy the chicken here, but I hate that the pieces are smaller and smaller. I may as well order a kids' meal. Try the tacos! They're very good. ** This one here was from the 3 piece chicken meal.

I thought a chocolate Sundae came with nuts n cool whip? Mine was plain ice cream and chocolate...guess you have to ask for the xtras!
Cashier Amber B was extremely rude!!!!! Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. She then continued to completely ignore me for 5 minutes while “pretending” to work. Finally another customer behind me said “are you going to take our order?!” to which she rolls her eyes, comes to the register, and says “what do you want?” She had an awful attitude the entire time & never even said thank you either. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone working in customer service.
Waited 30 min for our food in drive thru. When the sweet girl came out and asked us if we were waiting for our food. We said - yes. She said - it was on the food warmer for about 20min. Smh. Not her fault .. honestly not sure but We ate our cold food. Can’t say we’ll be back. Zero stars if I could.

Ordered Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, one of the new flavors, whipped cream on top, the bottom of the cup looked like it was filled only with ice cream. Have ordered Blizzards before and at this location, this the first Blizzard I didn't like. How was this a Blizzard? I could have just ordered an ice cream.
Vegetarian options: Believe only one dairy free item on menu: a dairy free ice cream, believe called a Dilly.
Dietary restrictions: The french fries that came with my meal did not taste too salty.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. They may do more drive thru business than dine in.
Kid-friendliness: No kids inside the day I was there, but definitely kid friendy.
