Mixed emotions to this dairy Queen only because their drive-thru as you come to speaker everything is good. But as you're about to wait for your food they always make you park and there's probably like six or four cars in front of you waiting. I don't understand why but this is every time I come and if you go inside to eat you order your food and for some reason you're still waiting

Ordered Hamburger Combos. The Buns were cold and the cheese wasn't melted. I thought all the way was mayo & mustard. Well all we got was mustard. Spent $24.00 ,very disappointed. Ask for the Manager & was told they were all Managers. Let the girl know my complaints & she never apologized & even said the cheese doesn't melt. Excuse me but if you zap in the microwave it would ! This place takes forever, you could be the only one in line, order a large drink, and they would still make you pull up to front of the restaurant and wait 10 mins
Half of my order was missing, went back just to get home and the order was messed up nothing like I ordered. Food was ice cold (gravy, mac and cheese). Wouldn't recommend everything was mess and staff look lost and confused

Haven't been to this location for years. Tonight I brought my dad and family for some dinner and treats. They messed up my dad's dinner order and told him they couldn't make him a dipped cone after they took his payment and made him wait 15 minutes. I order they Cupfection and waited 15 minutes just to find out they had issues and couldn't make it, I told lady at register to forget it and just make me a blizzard. Thought it was weird they served my 9 year old son his blizzard in 2 cups. After my son swallowed Styrofoam, I took the cups apart to discover a big hole in his cup and Styrofoam in his blizzard. They really need to find new employees.
