Mixed emotions to this dairy Queen only because their drive-thru as you come to speaker everything is good. But as you're about to wait for your food they always make you park and there's probably like six or four cars in front of you waiting. I don't understand why but this is every time I come and if you go inside to eat you order your food and for some reason you're still waiting

Ordered Hamburger Combos. The Buns were cold and the cheese wasn't melted. I thought all the way was mayo & mustard. Well all we got was mustard. Spent $24.00 ,very disappointed. Ask for the Manager & was told they were all Managers. Let the girl know my complaints & she never apologized & even said the cheese doesn't melt. Excuse me but if you zap in the microwave it would ! Used the drive thru, which is not my favorite! After payment I was ask to pull up & out of the way of the car behind me! Should have stayed put! Then I thought they'd (teenagers) would do something to my food! Rude at the speaker, rude at window! Ordered double meat cheeseburger, no cheese! My steak sandwich was sloppily put together & wrapped in paper! I undid the paper & the sandwich fell apart! Only thing good were the tater tots! I won't be back! Spencer...
