45 minutes later three employees no customers whatsoever I've been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes just to be told that it'll be another 15 to 20 minutes that they do pizza by Pizza ticket by ticket Domino by Domino's I guess their full House of cards is not up to speed with the domino effect

I placed my order online and I got text messages when it was ready for pickup.
Customer service was not that great the young lady making my pizza look like she had an attitude wasn't friendly and everyone had no gloves and my pizza was really expensive I think they could have helped me out more by making it more cheaper for me I am a senior citizen.

Understaffed, I canceled 2 orders over a 4 hr period. First time ordered they said a 2 hr wait...nobody trusts that pizza to be fresh. My 2nd attempt to order they were only an hr 45 min behind schedule. I wont pay for a 30 min to an hr pizza that will be cold that dominos was going to bring me. I understand a little wait but don't say on the dominos tracker it will be 30-40 min and call me 30 min later dlsaying it will be close to 2 hrs.

EDIT: since then the toppings have been GREAT and the pizzas have been awesome!!!!Used to go light on toppings even when you ordered "extra" but has been top notch lately. You won't be disappointed thus far.

Ordered a large pizza extra cheese half pepperoni half sausage and received a cold nasty OLD pizza with 3 pieces of sausage and a nasty dismissive tone when I contacted the store for a refund. There are way too many good places to eat to put up with mediocrity and subpar taste. I will continue my campaign across all platforms until I get a refund. Don't even bother trying to get anyone except their bot to answer the phone. You only get one chance to let me know my business means nothing. The message was received loud and clear.
