Ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I followed the instructions and marked that I was there via text. No one came out — I waited more than 10 minutes after the expected ready time. I finally went inside, and my pizzas were just sitting there getting cold. The curbside service was completely ignored.
Why even offer curbside pickup if it isn’t actually being provided? To make things worse, the receipt was placed inside one of my pizza boxes, right on top of the pizza — completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
Very disappointing experience and poor attention to detail. I do not recommend ordering from this location.

Hair in the pizza!! There were five visible strands in the pizza I received. Yuck! When my dad spoke to a manager (someone who is supposed to be leading the team and setting an example) she was unapologetic and unprofessional (hung up on him while he was being firm). He was not cursing or irate. He wanted a sincere apology, and for her to figure out who made the pizza to prevent this from reoccurring. Would not recommend this location. Delivered without any care at all!!! My pizza was left on the filthy ground where there are disgusting cockroaches crawling around. Even though the instructions were to hand deliver. Pizza was cold. Didn’t eat it. I would like my tip refunded.

Gelissa, the Manager at Domino's on Fairmont, understood, they sent me the wrong pizzas, regardless of my history with this store, and knowing I've never ordered a red sauce pizza, expressed to me, in order to get my usual, I would have to repay... I never ate one piece, because Im allergic to tomatoes and the red sauce. Let's just say, she caused Domino's to lose a loyal, high- tipping customer. Farewell... I tried to tell her I speak the truth, and I am an influencer, with a large following.

I never got my food! I ordered off the app with cash upon delivery payment option. The app tells you driver does not carry more than $20 cash, understandable. My order was $47 so I didn’t need any change because I was paying with a $50 and also give an extra $2 for to add to tip. When Ash got to my door I went to pay and because I had a $50 bill he stated he couldn’t take my payment. That their store policy is no $50’s because there is a higher chance of counterfeits. There is no mention of that on the app or Domino’s website! If you are scared of getting counterfeits then your drivers need to carry a counterfeit detector pen! I had to miss work so I could order my kids food from somewhere else because of this! This not acceptable!!!
I don’t know what these people have going on in this restaurant, but they need to get it together. The first time that I ordered from this place they had my order completely wrong and I had to call and get it remade by the time I got to me it was cold and I didn’t even want it anymore.
The next time I ordered pizza from this location on my part, I put the wrong apartment number, but I called within three minutes of them saying that my order was in the oven multiple times and they did not answer by the time they answered my food had just went out for delivery. When I asked them to contact the delivery driver, they called him and he said that he had already tried to attempt to deliver the pizza and called multiple times, but I have phone records showing that he never attempted to call once. Not to mention, I was outside waiting for the pizza to arrive. In the wrong apartment number is only a few doors down from me.
This last time I ordered a pizza I asked for toppings to be split. I only wanted certain toppings on half of the pizza, which I don’t think is a hard request over half of my pizza was covered in a certain topping that everybody else didn’t eat and I was also missing toppings on my pizza. When I called to let the restaurant know, they told me to send a video and picture of the pizza so that way they could decide if the pizza needed to be remade and sent out. After sending the picture and video of the pizza I called back to the restaurant to let them know I’ve sent the footage and they tried to tell me that on their side they can see that half of the pizza has what I requested that it’s not more than half of it And then proceed to say that they can also see that the topping I mentioned that wasn’t there isn’t there but as for the other topping being all over the pizza, there’s nothing they could do about it. I got angry and I let them know that if they’re looking at the video footage that I sent them it’s on over half of the pizza not to mention a slice was already eaten by one of the kids who was just hungry and didn’t care. But for everybody else who doesn’t eat that what are they supposed to do? After going back-and-forth, they decided to remake my pizza and have it resent out.

I asked the lady on the phone if she had any specials for any medium pizzas and she kept trying to sell me a large. If you look on the app, there's literally a special for a two topping medium at $9.99. I did not know until I looked on the dominos app when I got to the store and i had to wait for more than 30min for my pizza. I paid $12.98 for a single medium cheese pizza because of her and the food was cold. SMH!!!

I loved this establishment as you can see on the expression on my face!!! Everything was perfect, a very handsome worker named Luis took my order and made the experience a whole lot better. I would love to take him out sometime😘😉. Overall a five star experience!!!
