How are they gonna be out of donuts ?? Smh
I haven't been to Dunkin donuts for 20 years until this day. It hasn't changed that much, the donuts were ok but the coffee was great. The coffee was so good I had to order some of the coffee beans to go to make coffee at home. If I go back it will be for the coffee only.

I had a terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts today, all thanks to an employee named Jasmine. To make matters worse, she actually called me “weird” out loud in front of other customers, since I asked for my bacon to be well done in my wake up wraps, and it was not. She then proceeded to bare handedly open one in front of me and say "well they're cooked". At this point I requested a refund and I did not want my drink or food anymore. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she also didn’t give me the correct change, leaving me five dollars short. When I pointed it out, she gave me an attitude instead of apologizing, then rudely asked if I was ready to try to order again.. I was completely taken aback by her unprofessional behavior. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but to be rude and disrespectful on top of it is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon if this is the level of service they’re offering.

Today Jazmine was rude, once again! I asked for her name this time because this is not the first time she has been rude. It seems she does not enjoy her job. That's unfortunate due to people enjoying getting their coffee before they start their day, but have to deal with her first. Also, not to forget we pay for that service. I go to this DD often even though customer service is not the best because I like Dunkin donuts and it's the only one in the area. They almost never have what they are advertising. I wanted to come on here and put Jasmine's name so it can be seen and she can be held to her horrible customer service that happens often. That is not okay. If you do not like your job, you should find something else to do.
I know it's a donut shop but why are there no cinnamon raisin bagels everytime I go there. Cinnamon raisin and plain bagels are the most popular bagels... ridiculous... And they do not have a working number so it gets asinine to wait in the drive through line only to be told there are no bagels. It might be okay a couple of times spread out over weeks but everytime I come...three times in a row...Poor customer service.
UPDATE: Another complaint. Stop giving people expired milk. Went on 12/03/24. They gave me milk that has a sold by date of 12/01/24. It wouldn't be a big issue if it didn't have a sour smell and was actually cold. Their milk always seems to be room temp. If you're going to serve room temp milk make sure it's fresh!!!! The only thing half way consistent and good is the snackin bacon.

Coffee is great ? better than Starbucks well at least for me, and I'd much rather pay less. Last donut I had was a chocolate filled donut but unfortunately it wasn't to filled. The employees are friendly.

Don't pick up orders inside. The customer service is horrible. I walked in no greeting. All employees where standing around drinking and talking in the back minus one helping the one person at the counter. I had to walk past them to get the pick up order still ignored. Then when another customer already eating in gets back up to order someone helps her while I'm still ignored. I had to walk back over to the front register and ask again to collect my pick up order. Then the girl finally comes down there gets the ticket that's been sitting in the printer makes the order and I can finally leave. So rude!

I already had my first experience here last week came inside today for a better experience but it was awful the customer service was bad very rude one of my drinks were blended it was melted when I asked for a straw the girls at register at 12:48pm exactly rolled her eyes n was rude about it gave a smirk instead of a experience customer service attitude ill be definitely contacting corporate about the mess tables we're gross n sticky with trash I was gonna get my son a ice cream but none was in there I'm only assuming the long wait time was cuz they took care of the drive thru which had 3 ppl when we got there this was a very bad experience n will definitely not return definitely need the health department in that place

I have ordered 2 days in a row and both times they have messed up my order. The women working there have such a dislike for customers that they are rude every time we go in to pick up. yesterday they didnt put my banana bread in my order and today a specialty donut didnt get added to my order either. I tried to call the phone number and no one answers the phone!!
I like to give a business at least two visits in order to give them a chance when there is a bad experience. The first time I ordered powdered munchkins that had no power sugar on them and was told that's how Dunkin makes them now (it's not). The second time I ordered Halloween items through the app and my order was wrong, when I brought it to their attention I was told to contact the app for refund (the app states the store is independently owned and responsible for refund), the third and last visit I went inside to place my order and saw that the lady making the food was not wearing gloves. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Went this morning and placed an order at their kiosk. The slender Latin girl at the pick up gave us one product without the remainder of the order. Made my coffee medium when it was ordered as a large made the iced coffee large when it was ordered as a medium couldn’t get through her head that we ordered two ham and cheese croissants. Decided it was in her best interest to read my order to me off the receipt and I had to ask 5 times for the receipt before she finally decided to partially throw it to me. Listen, if you hate your job so much that you think you can just treat customers anyway you want because you’re miserable, then please find something to do where you don’t have to be of service to another human being. Shipleys will be our stop from now on, even when they are busy they make you feel like you’re not an inconvenience. How does this franchise even stay open? Obviously ownership and management don’t care

Went there to get boo baskets and they did not have what they were advertising reported to corporate the manager called me from Fairmont and offered me 100% refund told her I was on my way when I got there she was nowhere to be seen and left me $30 out of the $43 I paid caught corporate again they said they would look into it shame shame on you Dunkin' Donuts on Fairmont
