I went this morning 9/25 around 10–11 AM. The speed and order is always on point here, but the customer service isn’t, like today. The young girl with glasses working the drive thru was really rude, and I don’t think this is first time I’ve experience that from her either. Right off the bat when she told me to wait a second (I hadn’t even tried to order I was just responding to the automated voice for the app) she sounded annoyed, and kept the tone the entire order, it was very uncomfortable. It sucks working a rush, or being understaffed, etc, but it’s 0 excuse to be mad and annoyed at customers ESPECIALLY those who do nothing but order and don’t give you a hard time at all…. Maybe don’t work at a coffee shop in the morning if you don’t want customers, and it was the morning like what! How you gonna start off your day miserable and put that energy on others 😭

Went here today. Everything was great but its EXTREMELY hot inside the building, and its not the first time either. Almost every single time I come here it feels like 100 degrees!! They really need to do something about it, nobody is going to enjoy eating in such a humid hot place.
I haven't been to Dunkin donuts for 20 years until this day. It hasn't changed that much, the donuts were ok but the coffee was great. The coffee was so good I had to order some of the coffee beans to go to make coffee at home. If I go back it will be for the coffee only.

I have been here on several occasions thinking I will give them One more chance well I will not be going back the staff is way beyond rude they all need to be retrained on customer service
