In ordered a cake over the phone and paid for it online. My boyfriend picked it up and the cake was no where to be found. They ended up giving him one they had for sale. We had paid extra for specific things we wanted on the cake.

This place use to be great , but as of lately its been horrible . I always use to order my cakes here they always been known for amazing cakes . This is the second time in a row that my cakes have been ugly . I walked in today to get my cake that I ordered 1 week in advance . And once I got there it was supposed to be ready I had to wait 1 more hour when I was already running late for pickup . Cake was not frosted then someone else said it was wrong frosting . And once it was done which was half fast . It’s an ugly cake and rushed . Definitely don’t recommend anymore . A pic for what I ordered and what I got . Owner needs to check their employees and their work . Very disappointed.

I am disappointed! I ordered a cake for my daughter birthday this past Saturday and send a reference picture. They used a different image not the one I had asked for. Also you would think they'll have common sense and not block the main characters face !! 😠 (Photo below)

The place used to be really good, one of the best actually. They always had fresh pastries, friendly workers and a great environment.
Now, the workers just chat at the register and they have hardened treats in the cases. Really sad how poor the services has gotten.

Disappointing. The cashiers saw me waiting but kept chatting and ignored me. A younger lady eventually helped but I’d already been standing there a while. Flies everywhere didn’t help. People hype this place but it didn’t live up to it.
Staff is rude. They seem to hate their job. Don't buy tamales from here

First time trying there tamale and it was a no no for me. The (Masa ) was salty and it was not traditional tamales very disappointed 😞. In the positive side there bread is good 100% I definitely recommend there bread. This time I went the bolillos where kind of different they used to be more big and fluffy.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to your receipts they charge you what ever they want!! I was charged for 3 cuernos de queso when I only got one 😩 this is the second time this happens to me here!!! They charged me for more than what I get!

The Spanish ladies in the bakery are very friendly and helpful. They do speak fairly little English but there is someone who speaks a little bit of English so they try to help you as much as they can the pan dulce is excellent you want some good pan dulce get you some..
