Nosotros eramos clientes regulares de la localidad de pasadena nos daban un servicio exelente, impecable tanto en la preparación especial de nuestra comida como el servicio. Manejamos más de 1 hora para comer lo que nos gusta y resulta que mas de 15 min se tardaron para decirnos que NO nos podian hacer lo que nosotros regularmente pediamos en el pacifico que estaba en pasadena, las 2 meseras que nos atendieron muy amables y sin saber que hacer en esta situación en la que estábamos nos dijo: deje le pregunto al gerente que es el mismo gerente que estaba en la shaver en pasadena.
Más de 30 minutos para decir el sr que no nos podían hacer lo que nosotros pediamos. Un gerente que no sabe hacer su trabajo, no sabe como solucionar una situación y sobre todo DÉSPOTA.
La verdad si me gustaría hablar con alguien superior al supuesto gerente.

My immediate family took me to this place for my birthday & it was my first time. It was so good & a lil different. I tried sushi for the first time the one they light on fire. Great presentation btw & it was good. Also,some seafood dip appetizer,it was delicious. The adult beverages were unique & very good. I had the spicy jalapeno pepino margarita & a few others. The salsa verde was real good.Great experience i plan to to back w/ others to experience. Idk the prices of anything I did not pay since it was my bday celebration w/my beloved family.

I didn't have a good experience, my role is the cowboy, the rice is all watery, they tell me that there are no oysters 🙂↕️ so that was the order with the 3 very flavorless toasts, I ordered 4 different things to see if I found a good one, the seafood broth was passable! Anyway, I'm not coming back
