Roberto attended me very kindly and welcoming, my first time there and definitely will be a tegular from here going forward, food was delicious, so far the empalmes are my favorite, quesabirriad are REALLY good too but I definitely need to try their whole menu! When I went they were out of horchata so Roberto offered me to try the others and oh my goodness all their aguas frescas were so refreshing and delicious, ge offered to give me one on the house of my choice. This place looks small but it was big hearted people, definitely recommend it 🍽️

I came to visit Pasadena and saw a video on tik tok promoting this restaurants food. I just had to leave a review to say; this is some of the best food I’ve ever had! Their birria tacos where so juicy and flavorful along with their consomé. Their birria ramen was full of flavor, the beef was fresh and the noodles where not soggy like other birria ramens I’ve had. And their Gringas where delicious! They where not stingy with their avocado on the gringas unlike other places and their charro beans tastes very fresh and beautifully flavored. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place! If your not from Pasadena and looking for a place to eat flavorful, authentic birria tacos this is the place to go!
