Service and food is awesome! Roberto attended me very kindly and welcoming, my first time there and definitely will be a tegular from here going forward, food was delicious, so far the empalmes are my favorite, quesabirriad are REALLY good too but I definitely need to try their whole menu! I came to visit Pasadena and saw a video on tik tok promoting this restaurants food. I just had to leave a review to say; this is some of the best food I’ve ever had! Their birria tacos where so juicy and flavorful along with their consomé. Their birria ramen was full of flavor, the beef was fresh and the noodles where not soggy like other birria ramens I’ve had. And their Gringas where delicious! They where not stingy with their avocado on the gringas unlike other places...
Usually when I go to places like this there’s a language barrier but the guy in the front spoke perfect English which I really appreciated. Also when I go to hole in the wall taqueria/taco places I get treated poorly tbh. The guy refilled my water several times which I was grateful for because usually when I go to taqueria my water quite literally never gets refilled at all. The service here was great.
