Diner type of food for breakfast and lunch. Good serving and nothing stood out. Just a regular dining experience.

I ordered liver and Onions, with mashed potatoes, I asked for gravy on they didn't put any, liver was taste less, potatoes were hard, I will never order lunch from here again.
this 1 star is for the owners...the food and service was great, however, i was really disappointed that i have to pay a fee to use my card to pay...why is the 3.5% credit/debit fee to accept this payment type passed on to the consumer ??? then, we are expected to tip as well 15%...and pay higher prices when thwy jack up the price...These ppl are in business, the cunsumer should not pay the fee to use our cards, thats the business' responsibility, that just a part of being in business...this is just greed and will no longer go here...and the public should stop going as well until they stop this greed...this is like a tarrif where the cost is passed down to the consumer...and they will say, cus the fees keep rising and they cant pay them....well ur prises keep getting higher as well but u want the public to keep eating there 🤷♂️
I finally tried Frank’s Grill for the first time since living in Pasadena, and stepping inside felt like a trip back in time—in the best way. It hasn’t been touched by the new era, and there’s something really comforting and welcoming about that. The food itself was decent, though not seasoned to my personal taste. For two adults and one child, our total came out to $50 before tip. Was it worth that price? Honestly, not really. But I genuinely appreciated the nostalgic vibe and the overall experience.

The breakfast is great. My wife had French toast, and I had the BLT with egg very satisfying.

They were busy and the service was still excellent. But after so many years of hearing how great it was it just didn't live up to the hype for me. It's a very homie feel which is great but the food was average in my personal opinion. Party of 6 and the bill was around $80 with tip. Parking needs improvement and not too handicap friendly.

Food has really gone down .use to get fresh homemade biscuits and gravy now it's biscuits out of a bag .Lunch the chickenfried steaks are pretty nasty now.its the frozen steak and you can deffently tell the difference in it.

Grr re eat. Breakfast place. Be patient waitresses are busy. Owner needs to hire more staff.
Always a great spot for breakfast that won't break the bank.
First time here and it was amazing. Nice roomy, comfortable dining room. Fast, attentive service (I was offered a coffee fill up no less than 5 times, which was amazing). And the food was all good. Hot. Quick. Good portion sizes. Checked all the boxes for a great breakfast.
