Freebirds World Burrito

Had a large catering order with 3 different meat varieties for our burritos. You would have thought we ordered rice and bean burritos…

Always good food/service. Great value on Sundays when kids eat free.

Ordered on the app 40 minutes before arriving to the store. Email stated my order would be ready at 6:23. Arrives at the store at 6:30 only to be told I would have to wait another 20-25 minutes extra because the birria was not ready but nothing was communicated to me ahead of time. I was not told how long it would take after the fact I asked for an update all I was told was five minutes but in total I waited over 1hr and 20 minutes and they could not offer me a refund. Told me I had to get a refund through the app. They could have offered me a different meat or a drink for my wait!!!!!! Teach you employees about customer service and customer satisfaction.

Freebirds has downgraded I drive 17 minutes to get some whack ass food and deal with server attitude issues!! I will just continue to go to chipotle is much better food that this horrible Freebird place !! Ya suck never again will I spend my money there !!

Atmosphere- clean. For a "Texas" place that makes music part of the ambiance, I'd figure they'd play TX music or TX artists.
Iced T- again, for a TX themed place, the T was weak as hell and sucked. Lol

We got a $20, literally, rice burrito.

The more bites my husband took the more rice he got.

Mine was actually done appropriately but the black beans were hard and undercooked.

Honestly the food at Freebirds as a whole has significantly gone downhill in the last few years. I keep coming back hoping that it was just a fluke but nope I am certain that their food will forever remain terrible. Steak tastes like it comes out of a can and guacamole out of a bag. The people working at this location are not friendly at all. Presentation of food looks like a bowl of vomit. Do better especially when I am paying 20+ dollars for a regular burrito bowl and a drink.
