First time ever trying Golden Chick and man I’m impressed! IDK whats going on with the negative reviews, but everything from start to finish was great. Courteous and very nice cashier and workers took my order. After handing me the order, gave me all the condiments I needed and the chicken itself was super juicy and crispy! tried the catifsh and it was yummy! After that decided to give myself some dessert, with a funnel cake. That was killer too. Glad to see employees that act like they appreciate you as a customer especially at a fast food chain. Thats hard to come by nowadays. 5/5 for sure! I will be back!

On the door and on the drive-through says they are open from Sunday to Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM. showed up to the red Bluff and Genoa red Bluff location employee said they close at six on Sundays had the doors locked and the drive-through shut off. She came out back, taking out trash saying they closed at 6pm 15 minutes before six.

I went in to this location Friday January 16 2026 ordered the 2 piece fish combo. And let me tell you my fish was so over cooked that the fish was crusty and dry it was horrible I will never stop there ever again

Everything was bad. The roll was old, the okra was hard, the gravy tasted like straight flour, and the chicken was almost a rubber texture… threw it all away after a couple bites of each… you can see clumps in the gravy…

When you walk into a business or establishment you're supposed to have good customer service that's what keeps customers wanting to come back and nowadays when you go out to eat places the customer services horrible and the food was just as bad Will not be returning

The restaurant was very clean. The restroom was also very clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. I can't attest to the chicken because there was none fried and I was in a rush. I will definitely try it when I go back that way.
