Yall can change this rating into a 5 star rating if management can give me 6 fresh rolls like how I wanted and payed for yesterday night Mac n cheese was fresh but the rolls were like rocks

Everything was bad. The roll was old, the okra was hard, the gravy tasted like straight flour, and the chicken was almost a rubber texture… threw it all away after a couple bites of each… you can see clumps in the gravy…

When you walk into a business or establishment you're supposed to have good customer service that's what keeps customers wanting to come back and nowadays when you go out to eat places the customer services horrible and the food was just as bad Will not be returning

The restaurant was very clean. The restroom was also very clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. I can't attest to the chicken because there was none fried and I was in a rush. I will definitely try it when I go back that way.

A huge let down. I ordered white meat but didnt tell me they didn't have any white meat until order came out. Half the items weren't available. How does this place stay in business? Came for a first time experience and got a total let down. New staff that did not know what they were doing. Well chuck it up to not coming back.
I go to golden chick all the time and really love it, but went tonight and ordered my normal golden chicken sandwich. For some reason, they decided to give me chicken strips on my sandwich and didn’t even ask me if that would be OK. It being my only day off I didn’t feel like driving back up there. They could’ve at least asked me if I would be OK with the strips instead of just doing what they want. I hope this isn’t what I’m gonna get from this golden chicken in the future. Maybe they can do something to convince me to change my review.
