Food was cold , nasty and we was the first ones there. Service was not good, had to ask for a refill. Desserts not good pecan pie was like cold frozen. Never again at this location As soon as we left we threw up. $40.00 not worth it at all. For nasty cold food

I got a gift card to bring my son here for his birthday because he loves coming here. We will not be returning to this location. They said the gift card machine reader wasn’t working and there was nothing they could do about it. Then the manager came over and said “there is money on it but we can’t do anything about it.” I specifically bought the gift cards for this and now I’m put the money and have the gift cards which I apparently cannot use. Horrible customer service.

The service and atmosphere were good. The food was hit and miss. Some items were good some were not. The beans, greens, fried chicken, jalapeño cirnbread and rolls were good. The pot roast was dry, buns for hot dogs were hard. The icee was runny not frozen. The tea was not good (it tasted like sludge and water). The coke was watered down and syrupy (no carbonation).

We stopped on a whim… we’d given up on Golden Corral because the food became awful and the environment was dirty. To our surprise, this particular one was clean, well stocked with fresh food and the servers were all kind.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Racist Mexican manager telling us we can sit at two tables, Mexican server kept finding people to bring to us after we had already spoke to a manager to have us removed from the section, mind u were there celebrating our 83 grandma birthday and the staff is treating us so poorly at a establishment we’ve spent $100 at today alone, poor food, poor customer service, the only problem they had was our party wasn’t there yet dude to the severe thunderstorm which had been explained to manager #1(a man) then manager #2 came disrespectful saying if we didn’t like it leave , this was her house and she was right, the lady was plain rude, all because they didn’t want us sitting in that particular section. This is why I don’t do low class buffets. I truly hope y’all look into better management! That lady is so rude! I truly want to speak to corporate

Place has gone down hill after the Covid shut down. The lunch options are terrible every thing is cold and sitting out to long. The cooks are lazy and dont keep the trays full . Told a manage today the issues and they shrug their shoulders as if they dont care. Also whats with the elevator music seems like since they changed from country music the place went down hill . Shut this place down not worth going to.

The Carcamos Family

So I want to make a complain of that lady in the Grill , the one with the black hat . So we brought our family to eat at Golden Corral , I try to get her attention to get steak and she ignored me 3 times so I was still understanding bc she’s working, so I ask nicely “excuse me ma’am can I get a well cooked meat she said well this is all I have if you wanted it “ and slammed a uncooked steak on my plate. And try to talk to me very disrespectful and acted very racism towards me, like lady your Latina and have my same skin color. So after the way she treated me i couldn’t eat anymore, she don’t know nothing of customer service. And she said she didn’t care if we complain to the manager. She should not work in a restaurant with that attitude,
