Great American Cookies

Came here for my birthday, and they only had large cakes for 10 or more people, and we are a family of 4. I decided against the cake and totally understand them having a different inventory, but have been a long time customer and have the app. The woman made several excuses as to why I couldn't get my free slice for my BIRTHDAY i told her about even with the app, QR code and email ready. I could tell she didn't want to give anything free, and thats fine, she won't have to worry about me again. Go to the one in the mall if you get the chance.

I went to this location because I wanted Chewy Pecan Supreme cookies. I should have known by the appearance that they were not gonna be good. And not only were they not good,they were hard as concrete. I want a refund or at least take these back and back some more.

Cookies are delicious and ice cream is good. I don't mind paying $6 for this cookie, just wish they weren't so stingy with icing

I especially appreciate you writing “Happy Birthday” on the brownies when you knew I didn’t have a card, all while I was out of state. My sister and her family absolutely loved the treats, and I’m grateful for your diligence in confirming that my order was correct and delivered properly. I wholeheartedly recommend Great American Cookies.

Visited this location today and got six cookies and one brownie. The sugar cookie, chocolate chip cookie, and the lemon cookie did not taste good. They all tasted very dry and flavorless. The brownie had a Chemical taste to it, it wasn’t pleasant. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come and get these cookies and I was not pleased. After I got home, I called and spoke with the manager, and she seemed to have an attitude. I explained to her nicely how unfortunately we did not eat three out of the six cookies, or the brownie. I let her know that one out of each one of them and if it was possible to get a refund. She then seemed to get an attitude with me asking what exactly was wrong with the cookies I explained in my own way what I felt was wrong with the cookies. She then told me that this isn’t how we do things around here. Nothing was actually wrong with the cookies, the only thing wrong is that you didn’t like them and there’s nothing we could do to help you lol. I just said OK I hung up. So buyers beware! There is no refund or store credit offered if you do not like their products.

I really wanted some cookies for my cheat day but nearly every cookie of all the flavors were seriously under cooked. I understand some folks like chewy cookies but this was not that. They looked raw in the center. I settled for ice cream. They were busy, 9pm, and the young man was doing his best. Then a woman comes from the back and starts helping. I don’t know what the health guidelines are for Pasadena but she did not wash her hands before serving food. I know they don’t directly touch food but it grossed me out. Just a thought. The atmosphere is very cramped and uncomfortable. You can’t really sit and eat as the line presses into the seats.

Tried to get a cookie at 7:40pm but door is locked girl just looked at me like I was crazy even tho the sign says 10pm and sign says open

Came in today and got a cone with chocolate Swiss ice cream and while eating it waiting for them to make my fiancés ice cream I found a hair in my ice cream. They remade it no problem, but then this other group who were helped before us noticed one of their ice creams had a hair in it too and had that remade too. These employees need to wear hats or hairnets because that’s gross and unsanitary.

Lady is a bit rude-ish but understandable for a slow place of business.

I walked in and they were all act as if they were scared. I didn't say a word. I looked at the cookies and got in line. Two white guys walked in she started serving them. I looked over and she said oh one of the white guys was there before me and he was coming back to get his birthday cookie. I said ok that is fine and went back to reading information on my phone. She started serving the second white guy and didn't take my order and I was standing at the register. She made him go around me and he paid for his order after she fixed his ice cream, and didn't ask me what I wanted before him because I was the second customer according to her. She had a smirk on her face because she thought it was funny serving the white customer before the black customer. She should be fired and she should be ashamed of herself and she was the only one working yesterday around 0430pm. I'm in touch with the corporate office and they are fully cooperating with this discriminating issue that happen to me...

This place is very clean, organized, and smells pleasant every time I visit. The staff is always inviting and in good spirits!!!!!.
