Thank you, Melanie, for going above and beyond with my sister’s birthday cookies and brownies. I especially appreciate you writing “Happy Birthday” on the brownies when you knew I didn’t have a card, all while I was out of state. My sister and her family absolutely loved the treats, and I’m grateful for your diligence in confirming that my order was correct and delivered properly. Came in today and got a cone with chocolate Swiss ice cream and while eating it waiting for them to make my fiancés ice cream I found a hair in my ice cream. They remade it no problem, but then this other group who were helped before us noticed one of their ice creams had a hair in it too and had that remade too. These employees need to wear hats or hairnets because that’s gross and unsanitary.
