Came in today and got a cone with chocolate Swiss ice cream and while eating it waiting for them to make my fiancés ice cream I found a hair in my ice cream. They remade it no problem, but then this other group who were helped before us noticed one of their ice creams had a hair in it too and had that remade too. These employees need to wear hats or hairnets because that’s gross and unsanitary.

Here's the thing: if you want to walk in to buy cookies, this place is great! We love going to get cookies or ice cream in the same place. However, we ordered a cookie cake from them thinking we would get the same great service and it just was the exact opposite of every other interaction we've had here. I called the day before I wanted the cake and asked if it was too short of notice and the woman said no. She even suggested that they could make the cake that evening...
