Buffet closes at 7:40pm an hour and 20mins early but the one on Fairmont closes it at 9pm sounds like this location wants to go home early every day 🙄

Myself and a friend went to eat at the lunch buffet. Little did we know it's almost $17 a plate and we ended up paying $36 for lunch and that's not a very good prices typically buffets and lunch time. Meals around Houston are discounted more so than the afternoon dinners but these guys don't do that, not going back.
Walked in shortly after open, to find no chicken on the buffet, but plenty of freshly cooked chicken behind the counter for to go orders...when I asked for a few pieces from there they told me buffet chicken would be ready shortly...I again asked for just 2 pieces from what was ready as it looked just cooked...they acted like it was a hassle to do that. When the buffet chicken finally made it out, It looked like reheated leftover chicken...not appetizing at all...when I questioned them about it, suddenly the English didn't work anymore.

Nice place to go. Lack of communication or almost no gratitude expressed. It's like hi welcome to Hartz and paid for meal and that was was it. Nothing explained, no one asked if we needed anything, had to find utensils on my own made our own way to beverages. Kinda felt dry about the service, food was OK no wow factor for its price.
