It's been a while since I've been here due the the last few times the food was very subpar and honestly not that great. Tonight I decided to go back since it was just me and my son and I most say, tonight reminded me of Hooters of ole. The food was exceptional, hot and fresh. The only issue in giving them a 3 star for atmosphere is because they're was a large party next to us that eas letting their kids run a muck and being extremely loud. Other than that good job tonight Hooters.

Ordered a to go over the phone (which is through a third party service) Went and picked up the order the exact time the lady said to be there. Went home and the food was ice cold. Our chicken tacos had a sorry excuse for "strips" . The buffalo shrimp were super soggy and not even fully tossed. We ended up driving back to get them to remake it. The manager was just sitting at the bar, didn't seem very sorry. But at least we got better ish food that was at least hot.

Very disappointed with the service right now. I walked in with my husband and no one greeted us. There was a table by the bar that had a lot of guest but the rest of the restaurant was empty. After waiting for a while a waitress finally addressed us and took us to our seat. And that was it after that. We didn’t have anyone came back and ask us for our drink order or even check up on us. We had three waitresses pass by and ignored us. After 20mins we left and yet again no one said anything to us.

My girlfriend ordered a chicken salad and the lettuce was all brown and they forgot the chicken, will not be coming back. And the sign was not on i passed it up cause it's so dark there.

I had never been to Hooters. Cam cause we couldn't get seated at Pluckers. There's no comparison. Saying that there were plenty of tables available should tell it all. The wings were very small and not fresh. The food overall was very disappointing. Hooters needs to rethink the recipes and quality of food.

While the experience was somewhat decent, I found that the wait time for food was lengthy. It would be great to see improvements in service speed for a better overall experience. If you don't have time to spare this is not the place even drinks were sooooooo slow. Just not worth the headache. Waitress needs training
Came in Sunday for the Texans game vs Miami. I remember when this place used to be the spot to watch a game! Wow, no wonder this place was empty. The service was not good and the food was worse. Will definitely not return.
It's hard to believe that Hooters is not as popular as it once was like 20 years ago. It still has an awesome atmosphere The service would be tough to be and of course the wings are the best there ever was. This particular location was very clean My waitress was polite and on top of things.

We went there today at around 5pn. The hostess sat us down at a booth. We waited for about 10 minutes and nobody came to grab our drink order or say if we needed anything. Three different waitresses walked passed our table without even acknowledging us. We decided to walk away and leave. Even walking out the door, there were three waitresses there and nobody said anything. There's plenty of other restaurants that will gladly take our money and give good service. No wonder the Hooters in Baytown closed down, I'm guessing this location is not far from closing down as well. Never coming back. What this restaurant needs to understand is that , this is not 20 years ago. Theres plenty of restaurants that offer good service, there's plenty of competition. I'm guessing this restaurant will close down within the year.
