The biggest problem is the 1 entrance area threw a hotel to get here. If you miss the entrance, you have to do a half mile turnaround smh.

I’m 2 years from being 50!!! I was told by a 22 year old bartender that it was state law to ID me. At that point I left , of the idiots serving the alcohol don’t know the rules then I’m done . She literally screamed at me lol. I’ve been a regular for almost 2 years, I’ll never enter this place again.

This was my very first time getting food from Hooter's and will be my last. I traveled 20-30 minutes from La Porte to this location to get takeout. I ordered the chicken nachos and the chicken tender and wing platter. Whenever I arrived home, I saw that my chicken platter was missing the curly fries and ranch that came with it. The chicken nachos were for my husband. He went to take a bite and noticed that there were multiple black hairs in the nachos. He immediately spit them out after realizing that the hair was also in his mouth. This experience was the absolute worst I have ever had from a restaurant. We first attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, and they did not answer their phone. I had to drive out to Pasadena a second time just to get the issue resolved. The manager was friendly and gave me a refund, but that does not excuse the quality of the food.
This is the worst managed restaurant I've been in a while. Went there to watch the Texans game and only after the game started management didn't plan on a crowd everything went south quickly! He is not a people person was rude and after our food finally got there I closed out our tab and won't ever go back there! Plucker's , Bdubs or anywhere else!

When we first arrived our service was great. After more tables were full it began worse. Nothing to do with our waitress. She was a doll. It had to do with management and being understaffed on a very busy day. The manager was very rude to us. We will never go back.
