Stopped by last night and it's been a few years. Looks to be remodeled and pretty nice. Went through the drive thru and ordered the gremlin box. Jack's tacos can be hotbed miss, but these were fresh, hot, and crisp. Fries were good, onion rings were on point, and the strips were super good as well!

Experience was great, placed a mobile order and went in early. The girl at the counter was busy but greeted me with a smile. Asked if I needed help a few moments later, just told her I was waiting for my mobile order. But while waiting, I could hear someone giving their team commands as every order came through, turns out it was the manager Elsa, she was very nice and bagged my order and I complimented her on her manager skills. You don't see it often anymore so I respect and appreciate a well run fast food restaurant. Food was all hot and fresh. Great experience

I waited 30 minutes for some tacos, a munchie meal, and some croissants. By the time I got my food it was cold, because it had just been sitting there since no one brought it out. This was after someone at the window told me to wait at spot #4 in front of the building. Wasted my gasoline waiting for cold food, and a watered down drink. The only reason I didn’t end up waiting longer is because a nice girl came up to my car and asked what I was waiting for, that’s when she let me know the order has been ready, but no one brought it out or told anyone to bring it out to me. Extremely disappointed in such a disorganized and lazy workforce. The only employee that was competent and helpful was Emily, she is the only reason I didn’t end up waiting longer for my order. She deserves a promotion for being the only employee cleaning up her coworkers mistakes.

We have been here two times past 12am and the food has been hot and fresh. The window workers are also friendly and polite.
They gave us the wrong drinks even after confirming the the drink order. But food was correct and good.

Pour custom service , was treated with disrespect and discrimination, food was not as ordered , cold and we had to wait 34 min for 4 tacos and a chicken pita , no picanta sauce was told we had to pay 1 dollar for a cup of water when iv never paid for water , ever the manager wasn't of any help she hardly spoke English and didn't and couldn't understand us , I would never go here again . Plus all the lobby tables were dirty not cleaned , trash left on top of tables from previous customers, no one cleaning , lots of young young kids just standing around and not doing much of anything . Highly not recommended
