The drive thru worker was very rude and unprofessional towards my wife on the morning of 12/30/24 around 1:00 AM. He demanded her to pay again for the fries we had ordered after he forgot to put the fries we had paid for in the bag in the first place. The fries weren’t even for her they were for me and you pissed my wife off to where she ate my fries. So thanks for that. Second off he shoved the bag at her in a rude manor. And last but not least the food was all cold. I work in the food service industry and hospitality. Regardless where the job is whether it be fast food or a high end restaurant. Service is what it’s all about. Seems to me he can’t handle a simple grave yard shift at jack in the box by him self…. He also refused to give us a receipt with the order.

I placed my order in the app on my way to work this morning and I arrived early, but to my surprise, it was already done and so I was happy to receive it once I got to work to start eating before my shift. I realize most of the food was in adequate at best The French toast. Only one of the three could be eaten. The other two was as hard as a solid rock and when you hit it, it sound just like One The bacon was so undercooked. It was still pink and I’m so glad I took video and pictures as well I will be leaving a Google review for this location with the photos and videos involved. The eggs look like something that was made the day before and just reheat it which I did not eat And the hash brown was cold so I was only able to eat the sausage . Zero out of 10 do not recommend.
Went on my break today… got a ultimate cheeseburger just to find out it had MOLD on the bread when i had already tooken 1 bite!!!!called right away and got told i could throw it away after i offered to take it to them to show them… went after work and manager asked me if i brought the burger like WHAT!!!!!why would i lie about a moldy burger to begin with!!!!! And your worker TOLD ME TO THROW IT AWAY Twice thats INSANE!
Second time here, and once again disappointed. I asked for fresh fries and food, but both the fries and burger were cold. This has been a recurring issue, and it shows a lack of attention to quality. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Fast food is fast food. It wasn't bad, just priceier than mc donalds...but I'm so tired of mcdonalds...lol. and why do all of the ff restaurants pics look so much better than the real item! And its all bad for you anyway... But the ppl there are very friendly. Customer service 100%

Been here multiple times Andrew is always rude asked for fresh curly fries because of previous cold fries they literally took old fries drop them for a few seconds returned them JENNIFER THE MANAGER. I GOT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THE ISSUE NEEDS TO BE RESOLVE I HAVE PHOTOS & VIDEOS PROOF I WILL BE REPORTING TO LOCAL NEWS AND PASADENA HEALTH DEPARTMENT! THEY HAD TACOS AND FRIES PRE MADE JUST SITTING THERE WAS NO CARS IN DRIVE THRU TO HAVE THEM SITTING IN ALREADY COOKED !
