Joyce at the Jack in the Box drive-thru was amazing! She was so nice and polite — I really loved her positive vibes. It’s always great to be greeted with such kindness and energy!

This is the worst restaurant in Pasadena.Place is always dirty. I just got home and my order was incorrect.This place needs to be shut down due to horrible food and horrible service.Do not eat here .Fairmont and Burke

The drive thru worker was very rude and unprofessional towards my wife on the morning of 12/30/24 around 1:00 AM. He demanded her to pay again for the fries we had ordered after he forgot to put the fries we had paid for in the bag in the first place. The fries weren’t even for her they were for me and you pissed my wife off to where she ate my fries. So thanks for that. Second off he shoved the bag at her in a rude manor. And last but not least the food was all cold. I work in the food service industry and hospitality. Regardless where the job is whether it be fast food or a high end restaurant. Service is what it’s all about. Seems to me he can’t handle a simple grave yard shift at jack in the box by him self…. He also refused to give us a receipt with the order.

I placed my order in the app on my way to work this morning and I arrived early, but to my surprise, it was already done and so I was happy to receive it once I got to work to start eating before my shift. I realize most of the food was in adequate at best The French toast. Only one of the three could be eaten. The other two was as hard as a solid rock and when you hit it, it sound just like One The bacon was so undercooked. It was still pink and I’m so glad I took video and pictures as well I will be leaving a Google review for this location with the photos and videos involved. The eggs look like something that was made the day before and just reheat it which I did not eat And the hash brown was cold so I was only able to eat the sausage . Zero out of 10 do not recommend.
