Jack in the Box

When it gets to the point you cant get sauce with your order without an extra charge these days. Especially when im here everyday for lunch for years. I'll be taking my lunch somewhere else.

I ordered 16 tacos n 1 burger long wait the cashier offered free drinks but felt bad about it so thanks man he's a great neighbor too

Cleanest jack in the box I've ever been to food was fresh

Took care of my order in a timely manner and made sure I had ranch and napkins and ketchup.

Very overpriced - fast food - that's really cheaply made fast food ... nothing like it used to be

I went through the line and asked for a grilled chicken sandwich as I always do and I told them I want mayonnaise instead of the sauce well I went on home and guess what . they put the sauce on the sandwich instead of the mayo I asked for

I went through the Jack-in-the-Box store number 4725
I was there at 3:11 PM
I had to order 10 tacos well done
As I was waiting for my order, it took about 10 minutes to receive my order.
While I was waiting for my order, I saw the server, Jenny M and some other employees that Kept on looking at me through the window and laughing and giggling I was wondering what the hell is going on they kept that up for the entire time I was waiting For my order.
When my order came, it was given to me by some guy with glasses and a red work shirt , This guy was vulgar and disgusting because he was asking me if I needed hot sauce and if I needed napkins with my tacos, and he was laughing all while having food in his mouth and I am there seeing that gross disgusting stuff. Then, as he was giving me my order, he kept laughing and laughing and laughing. I was wondering what’s going on.
But when I got home, I realize that my tacos that I asked to be well done were dripping with oil, the oil soaked through the bag and stained my seat to my truck. I took the tacos out and they were stuck to the paper sleeve that they are put into. They tore apart so disgustingly. I ate half of one and I got sick and I just threw the rest away no in hell am I going back to that Jack-in-the-Box..!!!!
The odd thing about this is I’ve been going to that Jack-in-the-Box for the past two years and I’ve never ever had a problem but today I don’t know what was up with the cashier. I’ve seen the cashier plenty of times. I know she seen me. I recognize a lot of the employees from repeated service by going over there, but this guy that was in the red works shirt with glasses. I think he had something to do with their attitude. I suggest that nobody goes to this Jack-in-the-Box. It was a horrible experience. The people were vulgar acting the person in the red shirt with the glasses Was even more disgusting as he was talking with food in his mouth. They say never mess with the people who make your food well when the people who make your food mess with the customer that is bad training on Jack in the box part and Jack-in-the-Box is to blame for their incompetence. They’re unprofessionalism their arrogance in behavior.
I think I’m gonna have diarrhea for the next couple of days. It was such a disgusting taste. I’m glad I threw that food away. I didn’t even bother giving it to my dogs.

Sometimes the lines are a little long but there's nothing they can do about it. Good spot just have to wait a little sometimes

Hands down the best Jack in the Box i have ever been to. Which is crazy because i dont expect anything special when going to a fast food joint. The service was fast, the food was fresh and hot, it was not undercooked or overcooked, everything was exactly as I ordered it, and the staff was relatively friendly. I also didn’t realize how diverse Jack in the Box’s menu is, there’s a lot of great stuff to choose from. Thanks for the great experience guys!

Hey Jack in the Box manager me again there's a lot of customers in the comments that tries to point something out to you so when they try to address something maybe you should address it to your staff because racism does not play a role in this country
