I came to this store and upon checking out the guy in the register not only SWIPPED my card on one of the computers but he also TAPPED it on another. I immediately questioned this action and asked him to walk me through what he just did, he decided to deny the fact that he swipped it. THIS IS THE WAY SCAMMERS GET A HOLD OF YOUR BANK INFO AND CLEAN YOUR ACCOUNT. Extremely shady business as well as one of the burgers had wrapping paper inside the burger (seams like a common issue w previous reviews). If you came to this store recently it is likely that you have your card info stolen and sold to a scammer. DON'T COME HERE
This is the best Jack in the Box store that I have visited. They staff is super fast, especially going in the drive thru. The food is always hot and fresh. The order is always right.

Service was fast, food was pipping hot. I honestly haven't had a good ff burger in awhile, so this was nice. Little too much mayo, and I didn't get my taco sauce but I left very satisfied. Exceptional you guys.

Placed an online order, the app said it’ll take 7-9 minutes and I waited 25 minutes and after waiting the kid asked me the name of the order once again and I told him and some lady I believe her name was “Lisa” or something of that sort (I asked the guy at the counter) well that lady kept asking me to show her the name on the phone and I tried to pull it up but it didn’t let me because I’m assuming it had been a while so it cleared it so it just showed the order and not the name and she proceeded to tell me “I need to see the name on your phone no name no food” which I was shooketh when she told me that because who would say that to a paying customer?? Especially one who seen people after him get thier food but ofc I didn’t say anything cause I understood it was a big order. And to top it off I got home and the fries were cold and burnt and crispy…the burger was delicious tho

The burger doesn't have the same flavor as other places and the bacon wasn't crispy, it looks old, cooked a long time ago! I ordered number 4 and it was completely different ? I won't be coming back here again ?

I'm not a fan of fast food, but it's typical for jack in the box. I'd prefer to give it 3 stars just due to the nature of fast food quality, but as for what you expect from Jack on the box it was on point.

I ordered 1 order of tiny tacos through the app. Somehow while trying to put in the order it was put in 2 times at 2 different stores. I received the first one and repeatedly tried getting in contact with this location to get it corrected since I had already received one of the orders. I called multiple times with no response. After explaining to my Dasher what happened he was kind enough to return the order since the tiny tacos were rubbery and I had already received that exact order from the other location with no issue. When the dasher got to the location the worker on shift lied to him and said no one had tried calling the location at all and that there was nothing they could do about it. So now not only was the order ruined to begin with now I’ve been charged for it and didn’t even keep the food. The quality of the food was unbelievably terrible and the customer service skills of the employees at this location are subpar and that’s being generous. I am super disappointed with this location and I hope someone in their management will make it right. After this experience I will never use this location again nor will I use the mobile app again. All they want is to take your money, they could care less about the quality of the food or if they’re ripping off customers. Y’all should be ashamed.

Moved into the area recently & thos JIB I really close & convention! I've ordered 4 different things, which usually include a couple of tacos! I like extra r extra cheese on mine & they are always fresh! My egg rolls, ultimate CB & OR's are hot & fresh, which is important to .e! The staff is always nice & pleasant, also important! Been here 7-8 times & I won't hesitate to return to my favorite JIB!
