When they served me the serving trays where they put the plate, they had food on them, I wanted to grab another one but they were dirty anyway and the salad tasted different than the one I'm used to eating at other Jason's Deli establishments, like it had a lot of chemicals or it wasn't fresh salad. because the mushrooms were very brown as if they were past their expiration date

Have visited on 2 separate occasions when store is posted open. Both times closed. Very disappointing when the trip is specifically made for the restaurant. Wish they would update their open hours accordingly.

Love the managers special.. ½ sandwich 🥪, with side of fruit instead of chips, and a cup of soup. I got a free dessert for my birthday reward using their app. Their salad bar and specialty salads are fresh and tasty.

I just thought I’d go ahead and write this review! I’d like to say visiting here for my first time was a bit disappointing! I had ordered a sandwich and saw there was a salad section, I then went to sit down but asked a worker for an extra plate to serve myself a salad, I was unaware it wasn’t free due to it idk being in the open and prepared a salad right as I was about to sit a worker comes up to me and goes BTW the salad isn’t free and begins to scold me which made me feel really guilty for being unaware? I then told her it was fine and she could keep the plate since that seemed to be the only response she was probs wanting and I then went to sit down with my partner as he looked at me confused and asked me what was wrong and I then explained the situation and he then said ? But the worker was watching you the whole time make your salad wouldn’t it have been smarter to have just told you before you served yourself? We then get our food and the server then says THANK YOU THANK YOU putting the plates on our table which felt super uncomfortable 😭 not a good experience…

This was a disappointing experience, TRULY utterly in disbelief of the service and rudeness of staff. The food was ALSO not very good or well made. Only ate half of my plate because I was disgusted. Never going here again
The loaded baked potato sucks; just a big spud and crappy BBQ beef (overloaded with crappy bbq sauce) with a small strip of cheddar on top. No butter, no sour cream, no scallions. And you pay what for that?!

I’ve been a customer for a long time and I felt really disappointed of this location today the lady she’s the oldest one I’ve seen In front she speaks a weard inglish was super rude talking I ask if the food bar had any price for us tu grab and I was going to pay it but she had and attitude I think this will be my last time coming her after been a customer for so many years the food is always good I will never have a problem with food quality hope yall fix yall personal
