Jersey Mike's Subs

Place was mid. I got a #17. Thought about adding the combo but figured it would bring me to around $16 with tax for a regular sized sandwhich. I get that it's Saturday but workers seemed less than stellar to be there. Again, place was mid. I ended up walking over to BK for a drink and dessert. I think I should have gone to BK in the beginning....

I got the Philly Cheese Stake big kahuna with no jalapeños and added mayo, ranch and chipotle sauce on white bread. It came out absolutely amazing iv been looking for that kind of Philly cheese stake for years and nothing I have gotten has upheld to a good Philly cheese stake but that right there hit the exact spot iv been trying to itch. Thank you so much to the staff who made it.

Kid-friendliness: They also gave my 2 year old a free bag of chips because we had to wait a little bit for our food. Super friendly and respectful.

I think this is the worst Jersey Mikes on this side of the Hemisphere. They’re 1/10 on getting an order right. I love Jersey Mikes when they actually make the order right. But I’m tired of getting home and having to pick off all their lack of care. If I could 0 stars I would. $25 for a sandwhich is robbery when it’s NEVER right.

Kenzie and Jade were fantastic made sure we were acknowledged through their rush of large orders. Didn’t need to apologize but still did the ultimate duo. Treated me and everyone waiting with nothing but kindness and respect. Kept a smile and worked thru the rush without making any signs of frustrating or attitude. Keep up the great work girls! Very satisfied customer and will tell my guys and techs to come down to support y’all’s business. These girls deserve a raise to keep making customers happy.

Horrible customer service especially the manager. I ordered four sandwiches and they gave me three and they forgot one. She tried to tell me that I never ordered it but I paid for four sandwiches. Definitely do not recommend this place. The manager should for sure. Get fired for bad customer service definitely needs to train their employees to be more courteous to their customers !

There is just something so comforting about going into Jersey Mike's. I can be having a terrible day. Then, the day gets brightened just going into these stores. You should ALL be commended for fostering such an environment. The world would be a utopia if Jersey Mike's ran it. Thank you all!!! The food us always wondeful!!! I want to thank Yesenia, Jade, Vanessa, Jersey, and Sage for making a simple pick up so pleasant.

The not so professional looking woman, with the punk rock look, took my sandwich bread and set it right on the counter without sanatizing the area or laying a sheet of paper under it. That's disgusting and unacceptable. I chose not to buy it nor will I ever go there again with such repulsive staff.

Rude employee's and dirty sticky tables.

Pretty expensive for mostly chopped lettuce on the sandwich, the place was clean. The customer service was bad. You say thank you and smile and get glared at. Tell them have a nice day and they ignore you. I'll take my business elsewhere.
