My favorite sub shop. Delicious, but a little too expensive or I would go there more often.

They made me wait 30 minutes for a sandwich. I was so angry that demanded my money back which they didn't accept. At that moment they started to cook the sandwich (20 minutes later) and realized it was because I didn't left a tip. They dont deserve it, and it doesn't matter what people think. All restaurants automatically included the tip even thought the food is terrible.

Jersey Mikes is the best sub maker ever! In the history of the world!

This place is great. The food quality is top notch and the staff is super friendly. Yesenia served me a sandwich the other day and I had to come back again the next day for another #9 - it’s that good. Between the killer sandwiches, and the friendly, hospitable staff, this is the best place to get a sandwich in Deer Park/ Pasadena. Bar none! 10/10 highly recommend.

They got my order wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich. After politely asking for a refund, the lady working slammed the correct sandwich on the counter in front of me very rudely. I’m assuming she was one of the managers on shift.

I won’t be coming back to this Jersey Subs! I’ll stick to the one in Fairmont!

20 minutes for 4 girls to make 1 sandwich? Food is great, environment is good. But seriously it took these 4 girls 20 minutes to handle 2 customers. Absolutely insane. Could’ve made my own sandwich in that amount of time. They were talking amongst eachother. The girl who checked me out was barely paying attention and got distracted while paying to the point where I had to say “excuse me is that all?”
Way too distracted and acting silly when there was literally 2 sandwiches to make. Should’ve been a breeze. They made it difficult.
Not coming back.
Wish firehouse subs down the street would open back up. I’ll be going else where til then.

Recent visit was a total disaster! Ordered 3 sandwiches and not a single one was correct when I got home and opened the bag! I should have known it would be wrong judging by the horrible attitude the employee had. All she did was mumble while taking my order. Guess I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s.

Place was mid. I got a #17. Thought about adding the combo but figured it would bring me to around $16 with tax for a regular sized sandwhich. I get that it's Saturday but workers seemed less than stellar to be there. Again, place was mid. I ended up walking over to BK for a drink and dessert. I think I should have gone to BK in the beginning....
