Ordered online. Arrived at the designated pick up time. Order not started. Waited while everyone in line to include someone who walked in with me ordered, had their order prepared and finished. Wasted 15 additional minutes I didn’t have to waste, hence, why I ordered online. Disappointing.

I absolutely love this place. Best sandwiches I've ever had from a sub restaurant. Bad part about some sandwiches places is that no matter what you do they're so dry. Not these guys. Juice it up and they make your sub so damn tasty!

The bacon ranch chicken sandwich is really good. I was really disappointed in the service we received at this location though. Actually, I was shocked because I've never been treated like this. We walked in and knew what we wanted. I stood there ready to order and the girl just starred at us. She didn't greet us, she didn't ask if we were ready to order. She just starred at us. There was nobody else in the restaurant, other than the 3 employees. At one point, my daughter whispers in my ear, "mom, what is going on?" I finally ask if I can place an order (since we were never asked) and the girl says, "what do you want?" I tell her two of the bacon ranch sandwiches (I believe it was #26). She doesn't ask if we want to customize it, doesn't ask if we want it how it comes. She was just rude. Two other employees standing there and they allowed this behavior to happen. I've never met this woman and have no idea why she is acting like this, but what I can tell you with certainty is that I will never return to this location. After paying, we sit down to wait for our sandwiches. When they are ready, another worker says, "ma'am you can come get your sandwiches." The entire experience was awful.
