First time at this location, food was good! But the service not so much. Two girls working there when I walked in, the girl who works the meat seems like she hates her job, wasn’t friendly at all or offered anything to else. I know it’s a food restaurant place and aren't a sales person, but Atleast pretend to have a good service?? Fake a smile ??

the sub was great till about 20 minutes later when it came up. I rarely get food poisoning but when I do, it isn't fun. its now 5am but throwing up since 3am when I woke up. It was the only thing I ate yesterday so its not possible I got it elsewhere. Had to be the lettuce because my wife got the same thing but no lettuce. Can I get my money back and the $ I spent on meds??

GOOD EVENING Im sadden im sending this email. I have visited this location before without incident, after a day of early holiday shopping. I went into the Fairmont location for dinner. I entered with another gentleman who was there to pick up his order. I got in line behind him and waited. AND WAITED AND WAITED..the gentleman got his order and left. It was only me and 4 Jersey Mikes employees in the restaurant, NO ONE else. I stood there and waited for my order to be taken or at least acknowledged. I didn't get any Acknowledgement at all. NOT A HELLO OR WE WILL HELP YOU IN A MINUTE, NOTHING. So I quietly exited the restaurant, and as I stepped out, I looked back at all 4 employees, and they were laughing at me..I called the jerks and asked for the Manager's name. They yelled out 'Isiah' and continued to laugh at me. Im not sure what your policy is, but overlooking the customer. I was very hurt, and it wasn't necessary. In today's climate, one VIDEO can change their lives... I'm not in the business of ending careers, but I do appreciate good customer service.

I went to order lunch. A simple sandwich they put no lettuce, tomato or dressings on it and I wound up with just meat and bread. I asked for a bottle of water and a cup for ice. And the extremely rude young lady at the front check out When I asked for a larger cup told me no. You would think for $12 Jersey Mike could afford to have given me a larger cup. I will never go back there again.

Went in today with my nephew and the line was pretty long. There were only two people working behind the counter. The lady helping us was so sweet and kept apologizing for the wait, even though she didn’t need to, and the gentleman with her was so quick at sprinkling and wrapping. They were both working so hard, but I do wish they had more help. Wishing the best for the both of them.

I have never had their sandwiches before. When I walked out of this store I told myself that if it tasted even just ok I would be back. The reason was the staff was so friendly and jolly it made it all worth it. I told them this was my first time ever having a Jersey Mike. They took the time to explain it all to me. Make suggestions on things. It made me feel like they truly cared. Now, it did taste good and because of the staff I will go back. Great job guys

No issues with the food itself at all. But it seems everytime i am at this location the person working the meat/cheese machine hates their job and you. Very rude and doesn’t seem to like when you don’t have an exact sandwich order Such as exact number order. No one is all smiles at work but dang, a lot of people are coming from work as well on lunch and then you get greeted with the worst attitude in the first steps of being there. Place is clean and food is good but something is a miss with morale.

You need a sign at the street for your Fairmont location. Only way I knew it was here is I asked Serinfoe closest location. The trees block the building. I think you are missing out. Isaha is an amazing employee. Made me feel very welcomed.

We stopped in last week and had the absolute best experience! The girls working—pretty sure one of them was named Stacy—were just the sweetest! So warm, friendly, and welcoming. They really made us feel at home. I’d absolutely recommend this place to my church family. The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and to top it all off, they sent me on my way with a “Have a blessed day!”—just made my whole week. Amazing staff and great vibes all around!!

I placed my order for pick up at 12, get there at 12:30, they gave my order to someone from door dash which I don't even have door dash. Had to wait to make my order, then they made it wrong, I brought it back and the cashier guy kept saying he wasn't the one that made it, instead tried saying I ordered it wrong which I didn't because I had the receipt that specifically said what I had ordered and I tried showing him, but he just would not listen, Not once did anyone apologize..Not only that, I think someone did something to my food because i got sick right after eating it, I will never come to this location, very bad service! They need training or something!
