I have been to this location about 3 times and this time I got the worst service ever . They are usually very friendly but today the girl had and attitude. Was rushing my daughter to order when there was no one behind us. They when when it was time to put on condiments on our sandwiches I made a simple mistake she looked at me like I was stupid. I really didn't understand why she was so upset . I won't be going back to this location.

Walking in one employee says welcome. I tel the guy what I wanted on the sandwich and I still had to repeat myself more than 3 times then acts like he don’t hear me and then try’s to skimp out on bacon then charges me for extra bacon and donesnt ask if there is anything else I want on it. Placed an order at 8:29 for pick up at 8:44. I got a phone call at 8:32 saying they were out of bread. They canceled my order and since I was already on my way I stopped to get my receipt to make sure they actually refunded it. Once I show up I see about 5-7 pieces of bread. As I was walking in 3-5 people walked in before me and they were also told there was no bread when they actually did have bread. If they don’t want to work then they should find another job.

Bought a sandwich Monday night it was incorrect and missing a few things Spoke to Martha the lady in charge and my order was remade very professional and very nice and she apologize numerous times. Definitely will be coming back. Due to her customer service and nice attitude.

This is Not a good location to get your food or to order. I was walking in looking at what I wanted to get and the big Mexican lady wants to rush me to ordered so I tell her what I want and she wants to sit there and roll her eyes at me like I didn’t see her not only that but I kept having to repeat my self to her and there she goes again with a attitude. This place needs better workers and better atmosphere, there’s trash all on the tables/ floor/ counters! I’ve worked at jersey mikes before so I know how the policy goes and they did not do any of that. When I walked in there was no customers what so ever, they want to come from the back talking and laughing like there not trash everywhere.
Jersey Mike's is overrated and over priced in my opinion. And this particular location did not do them any favors. I ordered on the app and picked the food up and took to a friend's house. Almost $40 for 3 sammiches and 3 small bags of chips. If the sandwiches were phenomenal, I wouldn't complain about the price, but they were not. Ordering on their app allows you to put in special requests or instructions. On my sandwich in particular, I requested very light lettuce and extra tomato and pickle. I received very little tomatoes and pickles, and got what appeared to be an entire head of shredded lettuce. Not a huge deal, but still..... there were special instructions attached to the order staring these people straight in the face. The other issue is that when you order thru the app, it asks you "who is this for?" so they can write the names on the sandwiches. Of the three sandwiches, only one of them had a legibly written name. The other 2 left all three of us in complete confusion. I mean seriously. One of the sandwiches had what appeared to be the number 13 on it. And these are 3 fairly common names. In fact 2 of the names have only 4 letters, Jack and Eric. I would totally cut them some slack if we had names like what's in the Old Testament. Again...... is this a big deal?? No, not really. You open the paper and you either have the right sandwich or you trade with the person who has yours. You got a 50/50 shot. This is not the end of the world. But when I'm being charged a premium price, I think it's fair to expect a premium product and premium service. So Jersey Mike's, you need to tighten it up a bit or lower your prices.

As I visited Jersey Mikes for the first time due to them being only opened after the severe weather, I was given excellent guest service from the management Isaiah and his team. Held themselves very professionally during high volume and low staff.

Try to get a take out on 6/23 around 7pm. Walk in no one in line. Slowly he ask what w you like. Told him 1 order. He slowly grab the bread dragged he’s feet than slice the cheese , than ask guy who walk n after what would u like he said haven’t decided. He starts n stops n ask guy are ready behind me n starts writing he’s order down. Jesus I came solo wanted to get in n out. I just left. No sense of urgency ! 3 people on duty n runs like molasses !
