In my mind, Jersey Mike's has always been a better quality sandwich vs the competition. You do pay for the quality though. Service is quick. And the keep the atmosphere and menu simple.

The managers here are fantastic! Their team is always smiling. And always willing to help. Drink options are a little bit different from what I’m used to, but their brand of tea isn’t half bad. I’ve tried the Chicken Philly, and my new favorite the Ham and Provolone. Do yourself a favor and get the oregano and oil on your sub. It’s worth it!

I love Jersey Mike's, but this location gives the establishment an awful name. Several times my order has been wrong, and the staff is too incompetent to fix their own mistakes. So instead of correcting the issue, the workers look at each other as if they did nothing wrong. I just had to walk away cause there was no point to get frustrated. Not sure why this problem constantly occurs, but I will not be going here ever again.

I usually frequent the Pearland location but since I’ve moved closer to Pasadena this is now my local location. Not only is it my new location but is my favorite location I’ve visited! From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted and one of the ladies started a conversation with not only me but everyone in line. Everyone was laughing having a great time and still getting served in a timely fashion. Haven’t had this experience at another location. Job well done to the ladies working the closing shift on 10/10 Definitely will be returning:)
**PLEASE CHECK YOUR SUBS**I picked up a sub from here and took it home and as I started eating it halfway I found a hair inside the cheese! When I went there I didn't see any of the ladies working with hats or hairnets!

I love these sandwiches! Specifically, I really love the #9 Club Supreme Mike's Way and with extra bacon and cherry pepper relish! OMGosh it's delicious! After I eat one I think about it for days afterward!The people are super nice. I rarely eat in because I can order ahead and just walk in to pick up my order in a bag with a handle. So convenient!I'll let you know if I venture out to eat a different sub from the menu. But, for now I crave the Club Supreme!

I've been here since this location opened and it's been a great experience with the food as well as the staff. We had a good mix up and it was corrected the following day. They go up and above to take care of the customer. Not too many establishments like them. You guys are great. Thank you for your fabulous subs .
