BRIAN S. I must start off by saying the food and service was amazing by our female server but what I saw while eating was making me have second thoughts about this location. After we got our food we are sitting down in the very back of the restaurant where it is very empty, we see a worker coming with his plate of food which I’m guessing was his lunch he sits in the back away from everyone and starts eating. About 15 mins later Brian S. A older bald dude who I believe is the manager wearing a white long sleeve button up shirt come to the back with customers trying to seat them sees the kid eating, passes the customers off to another hostess as soon as they get out of his sight he RUDELY gives the kid a thumbs up motion like “get up” and starts scolding the poor kid while he’s just non stop apologizing. Brian S. Needs to be investigated if this happens in front of customers on the floor I can’t imagine what he gets away with behind closed doors all his employees look VERY on edge when they see him. Jimmy Changas please look into Brian S. And customers if you see this guy give him a “thumbs” up for good service

Okay listen up, the food is delicious. They have extra spicy salsa if you ask for it. Their green salsa is delicious, and the BBQ pulled pork tostada brings me life. But what really shines is the service. Zoe was super responsive, I drink my tea like a mad man and I was never left empty. She's friendly, detail oriented, and a rockstar waitress. Hopefully we always get her when we go! Plus, they have a first responders discount. Thank you for that!

BLEDSOE!! 1st time visiting and it was AMAZING. 4 besties having dinner and getting to catch up. He was engaging, kind, respectful and very attentive. We got to laugh, visit and enjoy our friends with his help and support. Never felt rushed. What an asset to this company with amazing food!!!

I’ve been a loyal fan of Jimmy Changa’s for years, but lately the experience has become very hit or miss. My last visit with my boys was wonderful — we had an attentive and friendly waiter. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was the complete opposite. Our waitress, Zoe, barely provided any service. She would stop by and ask if we needed anything, but if I had food in my mouth and couldn’t respond immediately, she would rush off before giving me a chance to speak. She never checked to see if we were enjoying our meals, and the only thing she consistently did was bring our drinks and food. When my Fajita Bowl arrived without the corn tortillas, I waited about four minutes before finally having to ask Brian, the manager, for assistance. He was kind, but the situation still left us disappointed. To make matters worse, it was my twins 18th birthday lunch — a special moment — and the poor service truly dampened the experience. Please avoid Zoe if you want your celebration to go smoothly. I would also like to add that Nick was an excellent GM. Anytime I had a concern, he was attentive and took great care of my family. Jimmy Changa’s food is delicious, but when I’m paying a premium, I expect consistent, quality service. Sadly, I’m not sure I’ll be returning.
