2nd time I have visited this location. Both times around noon and both times I received old chicken. Guessing it's from the day before. The drive through person was kind and friendly but the food was not fresh at all. Don't think I will go back.
I ordered a 3 piece and I asked the cashier what he had available for a quick order since people in front of me were being asked to wait for 15 to 20 minutes, he said original. I told him I'll take the original. I paid and he didn't even give me my receipt. He immediately started talking to his friend. 10 minutes later I asked how much longer for my order, he said they had to fill the other orders first. I asked him what was wrong with the 5 trays of chicken that hadn't been touched in the warmer? He said he didn't know anything. I asked for the manager, which wasn't there. I asked for a receipt showing the credit back to my card and i wasn't given one. The guy said he had to keep the one that got printed out and was not able to make a duplicate copy. Very unprofessional service. I should've been told from the beginning that I would have to wait. I would frequent this location on a regular basis but I will find another KFC.
