Ordered from the app. I ordered a mikes hot honey chicken sandwich & somehow ended up with a BBQ chicken sandwich smh.. Fries were also very hard and crunchy :( They forgot every single one of my sauces, I didn’t get any sauces for my meal when I ordered like 4. Also forgot my Mac & cheese bowl which was the one thing I wanted from there because I’m 7 months pregnant.. :( Boooo! The entire meal was wrong and ruined. Not coming back, they should definitely hire new workers. People don’t want to spend their hard earned dollar on food they didn’t even order!!!!

Twice I've been to this location on Fairmont and ordered the 4 piece meal. Twice I received 2 thighs 1 drum 1 wing. I went there today and they were out of breasts and wings. was going to receive 2 drums 2 thighs. Keep in mind they weren't going to tell me until brought about missing the breasts last 2 times. Then they told me I wasn't going to get any breast or wings. They guy at the window said the 2 drums made up for the lack of breast and wings. I said it did not. I should receive extra thigh at least as I am losing meat on this deal. They refused to add the extra thigh. NOT happy with this service as this would be the 3rd time I'm losing. I left and did not pay or get my order went to Layne's. KFC needs to tell the customer that they are not getting what they order. Don't like getting home and finding something different. KFc make this right. I don't normally ask for much but this time I want something. If not then it is good by. Coupon free meal or something.

Okay so I was working at the Exxon at the beltway like maybe three stores down from them. Tried to call in an order because the employee that was supposed to relieve me was late and I didn't want to make dinner. When I got home gentleman on the phones they couldn't take over the phone orders and then finally at 10:05 I decided to go lock the doors and run over and get my order. I get there and oh no the door is locked. I don't have a car. I'm on foot.my heart sank. They see me at the door and they waved me over to the drive-thru window where they politely took my order and got me what I needed. I was so grateful the chicken was hot and still hot by the time I got home. Thank you so much!

Very dry place. As was the service. The chicken has really shrunk in size as the price has really swollen. I likes it but felt that the pieces of chicken were bite size. Not my KFC at all. They really need to do something about the baby chickens or baby hens that they're serving and over pricing. It's a wonder that they're still open.
