They gave my girlfriend nasty slimy chicken!! Can’t even eat it because she might get sick. They messed up our order had to go in and get my other drink. While getting my drink the dude just started playing on his phone. You’re at work bro put it down. Rude customers kept interrupting me while trying to get my meal fixed even though they walked in after. They got served first of course. Won’t return.

One of the fastest drive through pickups ever. Disappointed again on the pigeon size breast and wing pieces. I ordered a 12 piece but easily appeared like a 6-8 piece compared to Church's & Popeyes family meals. I love the flavor from here but to get the most bang for my buck, I will probably have to skip this option from now on. FYI, this is also the most expensive of the 3. Another reason....😒

I'm only reading this because the second time that I paid a visit to this particular location, the service was poor and the food was cold and didn't taste fresh at all. I spent nearly $50 for four people to eat what they wanted and it was all cold and old. The best location I've ever had was out there in Katy texas.

We ordered 2x3pc dinners. The chicken tasted very old & ALL 6 PCS WERE RIDICULOUSLY TINY! KFC must be using pullets but they sure didn't lower the price to the consumer. Lately it's been getting worse & worse. We will not order again. I wanted to post pictures but there's no place to do so

Always nice and friendly. Food is made fast and correct every time when I go. My kids love coming in here to eat inside. Hot outside, but in the lobby, it is always so cold feeling good. Great team 👍
I went through the drive thru, so I can’t comment on atmosphere , but the cashier at window was very polite, professional and friendly. I got the original and crispy fried Chicken , mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Saved the day , it’s was good eating for the whole Fam. Everyone was stuffed like a turkey. Happy I went and got a family dinner. Burgers can’t do what KFC did.

Last time 2 days in a row messed up order, messed up the first and messed up the replacement. It’s pretty bad that they do not even know what their meals have in them. Ordered a #8 5 chicken strips, 2 sides, biscuit & a drink. 1st time 4 strips, charged me for 2 sides and the drink. The replacement 5 strips 1 side and no drink had to pay for the drink……? And if anyone can explain why they only give you 1 dipping sauce for 5 strips???
