Rude, unfriendly employees. Fill with flies. Worst Krispy Kreme. Used to be nice a couple of years ago, I don't know what happened. I was waiting for ten minutes while the employees stood in front of me texting on their phones and ignoring me.

Went out of my way a couple of weeks ago with my kids to get them some donuts, and this location was closed!! It was on a Saturday around 830am!! WTF!! This is why shipleys runs the city!!! Loosers!!

Have been here several times but on this day dont know what was up with the donuts. They didnt look like typical flat and thin krispy kremes. Anyhow i will come back unfortunately.

Good donuts, not exceptional, but good. I don't know why it takes so long to throw donuts out the window but even a short line can take a few minutes to get through. Friendly staff and clean premises.

Went for the buy one dozen get one free special. Got cut off and wasn't able to get them and waited in line over an hour. It should have been managed different to stop people from driving into the drive thru about an hour before close. People in line weren't too happy.

Absolutely the worst location!I called prior to heading over 20 miles to make sure they had doughnuts based on prior reviews, lady answers and said of course we are a doughnut shop.Drive the 20 miles, only drive-thru is open and what do I see but a sign saying they are out out doughnuts!!I asked the lady and all she can in broken English is suuuury bout dat.

I was charged for an extra dozen glazed donuts when I only ordered 6 donuts. I didn't notice until I got home and looked at my receipt. I only go to Krispy Kreme once a year for a special treat. What a special treat I got
Always love Krispy Kreme! This location especially because of the great customer service!!

I will never come here again been in line with no one in front of me for over 20 mins I had to correct the person taking my order 3 times The donuts are good but the service sucks

I hardly leave reviews, but since this was such an inconvenience on their part I've decided to warn others. I placed an order online, picked it up myself the following day and then realized I was charged twice. So I called for a refund. Their excuse was they don't see a 2nd charge which I clearly had proof. I waited patiently until they could figure it out and that I wasn't the only one this happened to. They then told me I need to go to door dash to get my refund. I never even used Door dash why would they refund me. It took over a week for me to get a refund only because I refused to take no for a mistake on their part. Also their phone never works and getting someone who can help on the phone is difficult. Overall the donuts where alright, but customer service sucks. So go somewhere else.

The staff is incredible, the donuts are The Best I have ever had!! And my mom says their Coffee is the best she's ever had.

The donuts received a 3 star, they were good. But, Joseph at this location was 5 stars! He went above and beyond, he had great communication, very personable, and had a super great attitude! Keep up the great work Joseph! he needs a raise!
