Bonnie at the self-checkout was extremely rude and unprofessional when asked for help today. She was yelling, hateful, and provided horrible customer service. I have never been treated so badly in this store. It is her job to assist customers, but instead she made the experience frustrating and disappointing. I’d appreciate if the cameras can be checked. I will also be escalating this.

I use to be a dedicated shopper of this exact location, but have started slowly moving away. The baskets are so beat up it’s unreal. There is nothing more annoying than a loud basket because the wheels are literally about to fall off. Go ahead and grab a different one, it’s gonna be the same way. Also, they don’t carry Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Pods. It’s 2025, time to update our selections Kroger!!! I have to go to HEB or Target for them, and that’s just inconvenient. Might as well do all my shopping at one of these stores, and with a nice new quiet basket.. I can say the people working at this location are top notch though! Nice and very helpful.. Thanks

EDIT: As of August 16, 2025, the air-conditioning is fixed!

My family no longer shops here due to air conditioning problems.

We’ll gladly return once they’re fixed. I have only good things to say about the employees who we’ve become close to throughout the years and can’t imagine their working conditions.

Corporate and managerial staff should take better care of their staff.

Worst experience I've ever had from ordering on the app! Ordered delivery on 12/02/2023, it got cancelled the same night for whatever reason, but I still haven't received my EBT refund! I've called multiple times , got a case number, went back and forth with them, just for them to say they finally "manually issued the refund" on 01/10/2024 & that it should be "5-7 business days" until I receive it. It's 01/22/2024 & still nothing !!!!!!!!

I actually went there for Blue Runner canned beans but they do NOT carry them. I bought ground beef, frzn lasagna and other meats etc. Found everything else.

I placed an online order for pick up & without my consent my order was canceled! I do not receive. A text nor a phone call regarding my order! If it not because i checked my email, i would have NEVER KNOWN. MY ORDER WAS of $115 was cancelled!! Now to wait 2 days for my money to be returned! & be without groceries to feed my family is ridiculous!!!!!’ The excuse given when I called is because I ordered a wine bottle & ID was not on file! Like seriously!?! My entire order was cancelled over a $10 wine bottle!!! Many times I have ordered wine at the Kroger on Woodforest in Houston & i. Never came across this issue nor excuse to cancel my entire order! We are not in time to play with anyones money! & all I got was an apology fromThe manager Eugene!
