Awesome service by Laureen in the Floral Dept! She always goes out of her way to be of help! I buy my business flower arrangements from this store because of her ability to make everything beautiful!

Worst experience I've ever had from ordering on the app! Ordered delivery on 12/02/2023, it got cancelled the same night for whatever reason, but I still haven't received my EBT refund! I've called multiple times , got a case number, went back and forth with them, just for them to say they finally "manually issued the refund" on 01/10/2024 & that it should be "5-7 business days" until I receive it. It's 01/22/2024 & still nothing !!!!!!!!
The cashiers here need a lesson in customer service.
I actually went there for Blue Runner canned beans but they do NOT carry them. I bought ground beef, frzn lasagna and other meats etc. Found everything else.

I placed an online order for pick up & without my consent my order was canceled! I do not receive. A text nor a phone call regarding my order! If it not because i checked my email, i would have NEVER KNOWN. MY ORDER WAS of $115 was cancelled!! Now to wait 2 days for my money to be returned! & be without groceries to feed my family is ridiculous!!!!!’ The excuse given when I called is because I ordered a wine bottle & ID was not on file! Like seriously!?! My entire order was cancelled over a $10 wine bottle!!! Many times I have ordered wine at the Kroger on Woodforest in Houston & i. Never came across this issue nor excuse to cancel my entire order! We are not in time to play with anyones money! & all I got was an apology fromThe manager Eugene!
Had to share this...I was at the store right before closing time at 11pm, so I was in a hurry and unknowingly left my phone in the handheld basket. Three hours later, I realized my phone was missing, and after finding its current location at Kroger, I called the store, not expecting anyone to answer at 2am. However, a man answered, and after explaining the situation, he put me on hold to speak with his manager. About a minute later, he was back on asking me to describe my phone, which I did. He then told me to come on by and that there is a doorbell I can ring and someone will come out. I drove over, and the gentleman was waiting at the front entrance with my phone. I wish I had asked him his name, so I'm hoping he will see this review. Thank you very much. Excellent customer service!

Great location great selection & great customer service.
This review is not against the local Kroger, but against the Kroger company. Customers should not have to jump through hoops to get discounts and coupons. Some items are on sale with your Kroger plus card. Some items you have to scan to click a digital coupon to get the sale price. I don’t want to walk around with my cell phone pointing and clicking to get a good deal. I just want to shop get in and get out. The QR codes for the digital coupons are so tiny it’s often missed. So you end up paying full price for items without even knowing it until you get home. Very irritating. Kroger you can do better.

i just went to buy at kroger at red bluff and i do self pay and Victoria the cashier was the most wonderful person in this world if one day i open my own business definitely she’ll come to my business as General manager!!!!….. i hope kroger value her job and pay her what she deserves!!!! thanks Bictoria and i can wait to come back and enjoy your beautiful smile ?!!!
