Very bad service, the chicken was overcooked. They charge you the amount they want for service and additional they charge tip without asking. They dont give you the receipt with the detail check. Different price in menú vs what they charge.

Did a pick up of mixto regular. Fajitas were very tender and seasoned just right. Costillas were cooked to perfection. It's a little pricey but worth the cost if you don't feel like cooking.

Tried to place an order over the phone for a menu item here on Google Maps for a beef fajita mix plate for 1. Says that it comes with fajitas, ribs, sausage, and chicken. They told me that the plate does not come with chicken and that it would be an extra $8 for two pieces. I told him about what it says here on Google and they said that they would have to charge me extra for the chicken so I went in person to point out what they are advertising on Google maps. They tried to tell me that the restaurant I was looking at isn't the same one even though it has the same name. And then I asked him isn't that your address? Which he replied yes it is. So they would still not honor the meal and price advertised. I refused to do business here and left. Went to Regio Rey a couple miles away up Red Bluff and ordered what they advertised on Google (which they would not honor) for half the price and the food and service there were great. La Silla is a joke. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Greed has taken over here...

I have been eating in this place for so many years, the food is very delicious, I have always gone to eat with my family, I had never had any problems until today, when a lady served me, I told her that the chicken felt raw! She very rudely started to offend me and serve me. very bad.! And I was with my children
I go 3 to 4 times a week and I am always served by a very friendly lady at the window but today was a big disappointment I went to order an order of 3 mini tacos and when I got to the window a young man charged me and came back in about 10 minutes to give me the change and when I left I had to move to the front because there were already two trucks behind me And I told him no, just because I ordered 3 mini tacos. I wonder what the troka in the back could have ordered that was quicker to prepare than 3 mini tacos??? I said I didn't tell him I was expecting him. At the window and the Cerrón slammed the window and brought them to me ???????????? that was about 20 minutes ago disappointing way of serving that werco menso if they don't like their job they should quit but not to give bad service if I could put -1000 stars in customer service today I would ????????????????
