Don't trust the pizza portal. Go and ask the person at the counter if your pizza is ready. They never correctly updated it. The last time I got pizza here I spent 10 minutes stupidly waiting for my name to show up on the window. Look at the photo and see all the pizzas loaded up but no names.

Severely understaffed. Girl working the front was nice but I ordered online and it was supposed be ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes once i got there.

The SLOWEST service every single time we order. It doesn't matter if you do a pickup order in advance. It's going to be like an hour wait.

Whoever manages this garbage fire of a location needs to call it quits, and surrender it to the inevitable demise it is destined for. Completely untrained staff left to fend for themselves with no chance to succeed. People waiting over an hour. Someone there is just manually updating the app to clear orders out without processing them. It doesn’t matter if there’s call outs. Train your staff to manage in stress or just shut down for the night. You’ve lost customers tonight, not just me. This is NOT the workers, they are doing what their absentee manager trained them to do: panic and shut down and ruin birthdays, game nights, and whatever else people are ordering for. Shame on this location.

The Service is super slow. I placed a order around 4pm and it's been almost 30 mins with my order. And I placed it on the App. Idk who's in charge but they need to hire more to get us served, especially on weekends.
