The wait in the drive thru lane was over 30 minutes and when I get to the window, the guy working the drive thru ignores me until a pizza is ready but not what I want. Still had to wait...

Update; I did speak to the district manager, and she called me to solve the issue , I really appreciate her calling me and correcting it thank you Rosa .

Disappointed in the amount of pineapples I received on my pizza was expecting on each slice , no one has done a follow up.

First time at this location. Quick pick-up(hot and ready kiosk) out of order, didn't include the ranch we paid for and our crazy puffs didn't get the seasoning.

Parking: Super cramped old parking lot.
