When I arrived to pick up my order, it was gone. I asked an employee about my order who informed me a DoorDash driver had taken the order and I’d need to speak to them about my order. However, my order was placed on the Little Caesars app itself and had nothing to do with DD. The employee doubled down after I asked for clarification then got her manager over and told me the same thing. My name is pretty unique and I seriously doubt that someone else would’ve had my same name/order at the same time. They remade it but offered no apologies for their mistake. It was incredibly frustrating.

Why is it every time I go they never have Pizza. It's always a 30 minute to an hour. Wait for pepperoni Pizza especially when they're fully staffed.Why is it you don't have nothing ready for a dinner rush a lunch rush.

Cashier laughed at the idea of ordering a pizza and told us there would be a 1 hour wait for a single pepperoni pizza ordered at the counter. Even if a pizza was not “Hot n Ready” the idea that it would take an hour to prepare a single pizza is ridiculous. Avoid this location at all costs. I could have driven to Houston and back quicker…..

Take forever. No hot and ready are actually ready. Will take 10 mins ok cool whatever. 10 mins later still not even put the order in are you kidding me. So now more than 30 mins later still waiting.

They need better staff.. I called in an order to avoid waiting because I just know they always take long. I get there and still have to wait. Once I was told it was an hour wait for a Hot N’ Ready😂 What is Hot N’ Ready about an hour wait? Ridiculous. Wish I could rate half a star.

No matter how many times my family or I order from this Little Caesars, the staff is always rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, maybe find a new one—because the attitude really shows. There are always long lines with people waiting for orders that were supposed to be ready 30+ minutes ago, and even then you still end up waiting another 15 minutes or more.
They rarely ever have Hot-N-Ready pizzas actually ready, which defeats the whole point. My mom recently ordered online and I went to pick it up for her. I waited over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and when they finally did, my order had been sitting on the counter cold. When I asked for a remake or refund, the manager had an attitude, refunded the order, and handed me one cold cheese pizza—then refused to remake or let me place a new order. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing every single time.

I was on the way home at about 1230am on Saturday and I decided to stop for a pizza and seen they were open till 1am so I try to place the order online it doesn’t let me so I call to order ahead of time and I was on hold for 10 minutes while I’m on the way to the store. I get there at 12:41 and they tell me they’re not taking orders only online and I let her know it wouldn’t let me and I been waiting on hold! Mind you the guy and girl and that were there were just sitting down doing absolutely nothing I’m sorry but if you’re not going to make pizzas after a certain don’t advertise being open late!
