They always get something wrong. Pizza had way to much sauce. They didn't give me the right sauces and didn't give me my sauce for the Pizza bread.

This place is the worst, slowest, and horrible establishment Iāve gone to by far. First off there shouldnāt even be a wait for an item that is supposedly called a hot n ready when it is never hot n ready that comes with a 25-35 minute wait time. Secondly the atmosphere of this establishment always gives off an irked mood/feeling from just stepping. Along with the workers who never even attempt to fake a smile with a service, which comes from poor management, overworked, and an overall crappy workplace when upper management doesnāt fix or improve working conditions, customer moral, and employee moral. This place just needs to either A shutdown or revamp everything from the top to the bottom. I wonāt be coming back and Iāll drive up the street to Spencer location or just buy better pizza elsewhere.

He sauces pizzas and presses the pizza dughe. wit no beard net . Literally called the space three times in a row and was on hold longer than 5 minutes each, and they never picked up

This place NEVER has āhot and readyā pizza. Iāve been several times in the evenings and all I ever encounter is a line of people complaining that theyāve been waiting way too long for their pizza. I believe thatās called false advertising. Worst location ever!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Always soooo slow, Iām now waiting an hr for 1 pizza and some crazy puffs. They had a large orderā¦ you donāt make every other person wait , some one with a large order expects it to take a while you canāt make every customer after them wait an hr. And itās like this at this location every time.

The worst Little Cesars in the Pasadena area. I have placed orders online three times and they have never been ready at the promised time. Today they had the nerve to tell me I had to wait another hour when the pick up time was 8:00 p.m. and I placed the order online at 4:00 p.m. Get rid of online ordering or hire more people to keep up with the orders. Rediculous!
Little Cesarās has been going down hill. If you donāt order through the app it is very inconvenient. I have been ordering through the app for several years now but I am noticing even ordering that way isnāt that great. It tells you what time your pizza should be ready and several times it has not been ready for a lot longer than the app tracker says. I have had to go I and wait forever for anyone to even acknowledge me and then they had part of it ready just sitting on the counter and the other half they lost some how and had to remake it so Iām having to wait 10 more min or so.

Ordered online at 5, asked for my ONE pizza to be ready at 6. Get there at 6 and it wasn't ready. Waited 20 minutes before I got it. I'm not blaming the poor kids that are working there. They have to work under extremely crappy conditions. No AC, the portal is always broken. The manager needs to step up and fix these issues. I will not be back to this location until they are.
