Updating my review to say the issues I had have been addressed & food is ready & well prepared in a timely matter as of recently.

Pizza had toppings heavy on one side & sparse on the other. The most notable thing though is the timing. I always order through the app & I used to love this location because the food was always ready on time. The last couple months my food is always placed late into the pizza portal.

So I write this to give thanks to the cashier/associate Lucia . She made a wrong, right . Long story short I order two pizzas online ,my wife picked them up and when arrived home one pizza was burnt .Tried to call no answer ,someone finally pick up before I arrived . Said to bring the pizza back and they would make a fresh one .Not the first time I had something wrong with an order from this location. Had to wait in line , two managers ( ladies) were standing behind the counter...

The manager provided me with excellent service on what seemed like a busy day. He was very welcoming and apologized for the inconvenience and helped me with my order and provided me with hot and ready pizza. I can definitely say the customer service at this location is one of the best. Kudos to the manager Joshua for having great patience on a busy night.
