First time I tried it was good. I tried something different this time and it wasn't that good.

This place use to be great, but today the food was flavorless, the service never came to check on us after a lengthy wait for our food & we needed a few more items & refills. The manager did not want to hear one bit of it and questioned us questioning the flavor this time around. We were as courteous as possible & said it was great before but something was off this time & sometimes you get good reviews but sometimes you don’t and that’s okay & we just wanted to let you know the change we experienced. She was not very receptive & was rude then applied gratuity to our small table because I guess she thought we wouldn’t leave a tip. Sad because we use to live this place & I brought my sister for the first time so she could love it too. Really a bummer.

Been going to Little Tokyo for years, even the one in Pearland before it closed down. But today I ordered spring rolls and they should stick to just making Sushi which is always 5 stars. I tired both the shrimp and the beef and I was so disappointed! The meat was terrible and the rice paper was super chewy and gooey. I just kept chewing and chewing and just spit it out. Only ate the shrimp! Dipped in the peanut sauce which was water downed. Ugh I’ll never order them again!

No more front counter service, lovely waitresses, best custom sushi rolls, very fresh fish and fast service. Cute environment lots of art to look at while waiting for food and music is good. :)

The hours are incorrect I called at 9 pm to place an order and the girl answer the phone and stated they were closed. I asked that the hours on Google stated 9:30 she stated they are incorrect. Update hours to match establishment. It’s an inconvenience for us consumers to have incorrect hours.

The atmosphere here is cool; it's a small place but I like how quaint it feels. Some things could probably be cleaned up a little better but overall, the feeling is nice. The food felt a little lacking though. Trying both appetizers and sushi, everything was good but that was it. There wasn't a single roll or appetizer that made me go "yeah, that's it". They have a massive sushi menu but need to dial back the variety and focus more on quality. I would go back if I wanted sushi and was near the area, but I would look elsewhere if I am making it a point to go get sushi.

Please don’t go here. It’s an unadvised use of your money and time.

This is the favorite sushi place for my wife and I. They have an HUGE selection of rolls and the sushi is always fresh and well made. They do have options for the sushi-phobic so you can bring new people and everyone can find something to eat.

Best sushi in the area! Tons of options and you can’t go wrong with any of them! My husband and I love it here! We always bring our guest to experience the great food and it’s a place they always request to go back to!

Little Tokyo is my to go restaurant when I want good sushi, my fav is the Noah's ark. I have been going here for about 8 years and never once have I been disappointed. I have also brought my family / friends and they always end up loving it. I have nothing bad to say about the food or service, sometimes you will have to wait to be seating since it does get alot of business on the weekends but the small wait is well worth it. I hope you get to try this restaurant and hope you will enjoy it as much as I have been these last 8 years. ( not a paid review )

Parking: Lots of parking, it's a decent size shopping center.

Little Tokyo is truly a Pasadena gem. Eric and Irene, the owners, opened this beloved restaurant 22 years ago. Initially, it was just 10 tables and 10-12 seats at the sushi bar. Over the years, Little Tokyo has not only expanded its space but also its menu. If Eric gets to know you and likes a roll you've been ordering, it might even make it onto the menu.

My connection with Little Tokyo runs deep. At 16, I began my first job there, and for the next 10 years, Eric and Irene treated me like family. When I returned a few days ago, they welcomed me with the same warmth and hospitality that made my time there so special. They even generously treated my friends.

The food remains outstanding, maintaining the high standards that have always set Little Tokyo apart. And the prices? Unbeatable. Little Tokyo continues to be a force to be reckoned with!
