Food is very good but the service here is TERRIBLE! Had my order ready on their table but the lady made me waited for 10 minutes and eventually she came and checked all the pick-up orders including mine but decided to say NO. Until I showed her my screenshot and called her out she had to give it to me but with no apologies. Needless to say this was not the first time I got bad service here. If it's not because I work in the area and I really like the food I would never come back. Guess I need to find another restaurant nearby. Can't tolerate any more. Shame on you the management here.

Been there 3 times first two they did not have the drinks we wanted but they wanted to charges for them! And last time everything was going well until we had to wait for the oil to be change out so we got half our order.
But We really like Long John’s food lol

We ordered our food and assumed the prices on the menu were what we would be charged however we were wrong. When confronted they said proces had gone up and they haven't changed the menu board. The food quality was sub par and I will not be returning

Went thru drove thru around 3 pm. Should have checked our food. We love 30 minutes away. Food was cold and was obviously leftovers from lunch. Very disappointed. Food is so expensive now it should be perfect!!!
I worked here for 4 days, did not like how I was treated I had a manger grab my arm in the middle of taking an order because I had it on my hip, very unprofessional, I decided to quit and since then the beginning of November I have not been paid, this is not right and the manager is ignoring my calls and texts, I am about to report ljs for wage theft and speaking to a lawyer on my options.

My family and I went there a 5 pm to get 3 number 8’s the shrimp was so hard and dry I cut the roof of my mouth. This was the worst experience. Every thing seemed as if it was fried twice and over cooked or reheated.

The service was very good. The lady at the window was friendly, but the wait time was excessive. It took 15 just to get to the window and another 5-6 min to get our food. Oh, and food is overpriced.
