The food was good! It was the employee that was working drive thru! She was very aggravated that she couldn't hear me...I'm not a quiet person! She screamed at me to pull forward....then repeated my order! When I get to the window I wanted to confirm She had everything correct She refused to repeat the order or answer my questions...and screamed at me the price of the order! Then the order was not even correct and no we did not get it corrected who wants to deal with someone treating you like poop on the bottom of their shoe! I completely understand everyone is not always a ray of sunshine...but to be nasty and rude to customers is unacceptable! Do better!

I was happy to know there is an LJS close by. I'm from Michigan, and we are fortunate to have 2 in Grand Rapids. I love their food, the coleslaw is so good! It's always a favorite place to take my mom to. On this particular day, I went through the drive thru. The service was great, and I didn't have to wait long.
