Prompt and courteous service. Server was very knowledgable and explained the menu and the most popular items on the menu. Food was served hot and only took a few minutes for order to be served. Presentation was on point! Definitely a place to return to! Server and manager checked with us to be sure everything was good with our food!

This place is amazing. Huge portions, friendly staff, and the place is clean. But most of all - if you come ask to be at Natalie table. I have a strict diet right now and she made sure that the chef prepared my food perfectly. I walked in and everyone was smiling. Don't walk, run to this place before everyone finds out about this hidden gym.

April was very sweet helpful and patient with my husband and I and her customer service was a 10/10 . Pasadena Tx mambos is very clean organized and manager walks by asking everyone if everything is good and if you need anything that is a 100/10 . Thanks again Mrs April.

Went to mambos in Pasadena
1st of all we waited in front for like 5-8 min waiting to be seated then just so they can tell us to sit ourselves when liturally they had no one dinning in it was dead .
2nd server hardly came to table even when we left we had to go to front to get a to go cup for our tea .
But out of everything what takes the cake is the salt and pepper shakers .
All I have to say is this is disgusting...
My salt wasn't coming out so I opened it and look how nasty the salt and pepper shaker is
This to me shows they never clean them ..
This should be done daily or at least 1 time a week.
And to make things worse they were Dead AF so it's not like they ain't got the time.
If the table set ups this dirty I can imagine behind house .just saying .
