Marble Slab Creamery

Not bad

This did not taste like real Marble Slab ice cream at all. The strawberry flavor tasted artificial and the texture was off. I’ve had Marble Slab many times, and this felt like a completely different product.

They definitely using someone other than the original marble slab product

I went in today excited to place a custom order for my daughter’s birthday cake. The first lady up front was nice, she called in help from someone in the back (I’m assuming the person who assembles the cakes) she was straight up nasty and rude. Seemed impatient from the start when asking me flavoring questions, when I asked for pink frosting she said “no we only have white,” mind you the choices online are multiple. I’m glad I went in store instead of placing the order online to know exactly who I DIDN’T want making my cake. Do yourself the favor and drive down the road to Baskin Robins, that is exactly what I did and had an amazing experience. Unlike here, shame on you marble slab unhappy worker.

Excellent service

Great 5% military discount. Especially during Memorial weekend. Such a huge sigh. Make it louder next time. Last weekend was a reluctant 10%. I guess zero veteran business is good business.

The only thing good was the employees, they were friendly. Store is extremely dirty, ice cream melted, and I won’t be coming back.

This ice cream is expensive to be given melted ice cream. I been here several times and this is always the issue. They always have the doors to the coolers open. I thought maybe is a one time thing but no this is every time. This picture is from me leaving right after I received my order and got in my car. I had ice cream soup.

We showed up 25min before close time and the doors were already locked. There were people inside but they wouldn't open the door. I get it was close to time to shut down, but most places don't lock their doors that far out from closing time.

I purchased the Rum ice cream with cherries and pineapple mixed into it. I spent $24 and walked out. I started to eat my ice cream and the texture was like sand mixed in with my ice cream. I go back and asked the worker and she stated, oh yea that's how it is. I told her why and that know one likes gritty ice cream and did not replace it for me.

I enjoy creating my own ice cream flavors!!! I had the cinnamon ice cream with chocolate chips, Reeces peanut butter cups pieces, caramel swirl and walnut pieces! Yum 😋 the ladies here are super friendly and helpful!
