Order All Meat Pizza with extra cheese and definitely didn't get the extra cheese. I'm guessing because I didn't leave a tip. Why would I have to if I didn't have it delivered.

As a customer; they are amazing. The food is fresh. I happen to know the manager. He personally preps dough and fresh veggies himself daily. Shoutout to the ones that keep the ship afloat; managers Blake and Mary.As an employee; this where the disconnect lies. Lazy management outside this store leaves room for undesirable behavior from some. Wanna-be leaders are allowed to train and make an impression on new-hires. Complacency brings laziness; further crippling sales and customer service by being consistently short-staffed and improperly inventoried. Likely bleeding money at every neglect. Not to mention causing burnout and taking advantage of the good employees that really care.I was a driver; reported to hr being bullied by another employee and then was wrongly terminated, rehired the next day only to be fired the following week over a $2 mistake on a customer tip and her nasty review on here. The incident was never investigated. I was never given the opportunity to rectify or even discussed. I don’t even know that the bad review was replied to. Oh and the bully still works there. Reports of verbal abuse were investigated and investigated and investigated for months with no resolution. I continued to be forced to work with my bully for months.$2 tip mistake=goneMale abuser=still employedVegetarian options: And gluten-free crust options.Kid-friendliness: It’s pizza! No alcoholic beverages sold here. Clean restrooms and high chairs.

Made an order after the Texans game ..Arrived 20mins after I placed my order. Pulled up and they did not have the order ready. They took five mins to look for the order . Then was told it would be 12mins... Gentleman(a delivery driver)said they had only two employees working. Lobby was closed because of interviews .Worst service ever. Waited more than 30mins in the drive thru. Then told 4 more mins ..... Called the store in drive thru to ask what is taking so long but no answer......do not order. Worst mistake to order from this location. Please do not order here !!! Not sure how was the food .. going on 45mins and still have not left . I only ordered four pizzas!.....*Update 12-12-23 , So when we did arrive home the pizzas were still hott, fresh, and delicious. These pizzas were awesome! So I just want to be fair and give the cook(manager possibly) props on throwing down a well made pizza so I will change the quality of food to a five star. The experience is still the same . Also the Driver helping at the window that day was doing the best he could and even apologized for the service. He did offer a drink for the trouble once we received the food and did say to call back the next day and speak with the manager to resolve these issues that took place .

I’ve been coming to this Marcos pizza for 2 going on 3 years and they’ve been super slow but I’m always understanding because I worked the pizza business before but the fact there was 1 guy training 3 new people was absolutely ridiculous. My food was suppose to be ready at 5:39 but I didn’t get it handed to me until 6! Word of advice schedule enough people to cover shifts especially on busy nights!

Would have given more stars but I wanted my order to be delivered and was told they don't deliver to hotel's off 45 north freeway so I had to do a carry out and I asked for the Mike's hot honey sweet sauce extra sauce and there was none on my pizza very disappointed I paid over $40.00 dollars for my pizza ?
