Came here with a mobile app that was messed up...went through on bank but didn't on the other end..fine...while everything was getting figured out my daughter got called a guy....she was wearing bright pink. Lady was corrected and there was no apology...then comes our food that we had to reorder...I took pictures with the hope of being able to post them because the lack of care also contacted corporate as well.

I decided to opt for the window service so it would be faster. It is a fast food restaurant. They make you park and delay the order. You have to wait more than 10 minutes for an iced coffee. Next time, order inside.

They'll mark you order ready before it's in the bag, presumably to make their rating higher internally. They aren't familiar with entering in the coupon on their own receipts they hand out 1000 times a day.
They bumped my order 15 minutes ago and here I am still waiting on my order. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Your corporation is reporting false order times

I just went to buy a medium caramel frappe, I took the one they put on the bar since they called my number and the glass was medium and they got angry and brought me a small one and told me it was that one, very unpleasant they are and very lack of respect, if what they wanted was one more peso they would have said it instead of looking at someone with a bad face
