I decided to opt for the window service so it would be faster. It is a fast food restaurant. They make you park and delay the order. You have to wait more than 10 minutes for an iced coffee. Next time, order inside.

They'll mark you order ready before it's in the bag, presumably to make their rating higher internally. They aren't familiar with entering in the coupon on their own receipts they hand out 1000 times a day.
They bumped my order 15 minutes ago and here I am still waiting on my order. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Your corporation is reporting false order times

I just went to buy a medium caramel frappe, I took the one they put on the bar since they called my number and the glass was medium and they got angry and brought me a small one and told me it was that one, very unpleasant they are and very lack of respect, if what they wanted was one more peso they would have said it instead of looking at someone with a bad face

Manager lady was very unprofessional. My elder mother went there to eat and wasn't helped at all. My elder didn't eat that night. And she got charged on her card also and never got her food but instead argued with loud voice to her. She needs to be fired for such disrespect.

Incompetent. It was not busy and they got my order wrong not once but twice back to back.
I was nice about it the first time only to pull around and park and see they STILL got it wrong and the manager Brandon is the one I spoke to to get the correction made to my food. I don't live out here but I know not to ever visit this location again.
If you're going to charge extra for things make sure you give people what they're paying for. Either the person making the food can't read or they really just don't care about actually satisfying their customers.

Is the second time my daughter get sick for eating here she got a lot of diarrhea for the way this people handles the costumers food VERY BAD now have to take my kid to the Emergency Room. :(
