They'll mark you order ready before it's in the bag, presumably to make their rating higher internally. They aren't familiar with entering in the coupon on their own receipts they hand out 1000 times a day.
Well it's the same food you always expect, but that's what makes it great. It has become comfort food. When I buy a Big Mac, I already know what I'm going to get. And that's why I keep going back.
Never actually been inside, because I'm always in a hurry, but I have been through the drive through. It's always packed, regardless of what time you go, and they have pretty long wait times.
