Dropped by the drive thru to grab my family some quick dinner. Ordering was a breeze. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed that anyone prepping the orders would think that this is ok to give to any customer. We ordered medium meals for a reason. We do not expect to get medium fry boxes half full. I’m not one to complain but this is unacceptable. Hope they do better in the future.

They are out of hand today, so many people waiting upfront and no one- not one manager— shows their face but a new guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing. Packing every order like it’s an uber order and let my ice cream sit for over twenty min. Need some better training asap and a manager who can do a managers job.

Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. Used mobile app to place order. My wait time was acceptable. I observed interaction with lone cashier at counter with a customer requesting a drink refill. The cashier seemed to take care of several other tasks, such as grabbing a roll of receipt paper instead of simply refilling the customer's beverages. The customer was waiting over 5 minutes for a simple refill.
