Service was not good... i ordered online they didnt see it on their computer for some reason i showed them my bank charge and it was the right location and verified by them. They told me to call customer service and dispute the charge said they were not doing anyhing for me. Now im late to work and i have no breakfast.

The cashier was awesome the lady who gave us our food only spoke Spanish and my husband didn’t understand Spanish when he told her he didn’t understand her she turned and told the lady behind her that we lied to her in Spanish and I heard her. I understand you have bilingual ppl working but god lee I didn’t know rude ones like that and on top of that ONLY spoke Spanish.So rude do better McDonald’s.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant I know McDonald’s isn’t the best as it is but they were utterly disrespectful and downright ugly to my husband and I. Not only will I not be coming back here but I’m rethinking the franchise as a whole.

Had a mobile order of one 10 count nugget, pulled up at 2:45am they informed me that they couldn’t fulfill my order. McDonald’s support wouldn’t let me cancel the order so I went back to the store to ask for a refund, then they told me that they actually could fulfill the order after all. Lazy, should be unemployed.

So i visit this McDonald’s quite frequently and every single time i visit here there are two employees who always go above and beyond for me so friendly already know my order as soon as I pull up in the drive thru always smiling and just make my visit a wonderful experience very joyful.so one is MISTY and NATASHA! I honestly think they need to be recognized for there work ethics and how they go above and beyond thank you guys for always being so friendly and getting everything right!!

Manager was very rude cussed at me and didn’t refund or replace my food when the bag ripped they said we “dropped it” when we didn’t it ripped I took pictures you can see where it ripped and drink wasn’t all the way full either half of it was missing

Good comes out fast with ordering from counter, kiosks, through McDonald's apps for pick up, etc. only thing I don't understand is having to ask for ketchup before leaving. Small thing I know, but you would think.... You just came off / from the line -- looked into the bag-- as to make sure order is ? before setting it on counter/handing over. Not adding a single ketchup. I get it it gets busy, butttt when it's a basket or 3 boxes of fries clearly on top of everything ???? idk, it's not just in store I have this same issue when I order from doordash, Uber, etc. from this location as well and I got 2 baskets of fries, a 20 piece nuggets in one bag and not a single ketchup, bbq sauce is in that bag or the others. Receipt tagged in middle of huge brown Togo bag reading 20 --- Ketchup ?_??_??? Can't find or see none
Parking: Slim and few spots navigating in and out spot a bit aggravating due to people turning in usually very quickly. SUVs watch your 6 When I say it's small... I mean, don't surprised if you back up n suddenly check ur mirrors n u feel as if your about to be in their dining room, and you might curb tap backing up like I stated above in what I know this far in an suv and / or a truck.
